I'm reviewing here after my experience, I had root canal thanks alot Dr Namoo, and the staff, everything was perfect and I am still have couple of visit such deep cleaning. I went so many places but Dr Namoo is the best so far.

Dr. Namoo and his staff are excellent. I've been to The office for various types of procedures and am happy with the results. I appreciate that he is honest and does not try to sell unnecessary treatments or services. Everyone here is friendly and professional.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this office with Dr. Namo, and the front desk staff! They are so welcoming, friendly, professional, and willing to explain in detail any procedures. They really take the time to get to know their patients and work with them/their situation. Whether you need a cleaning or something more complex, you can be certain that Dr. Namo and his staff will get it done to the highest quality. I highly recommend this office for your comprehensive dental needs.

I was experiencing very bad pain with my wisdom teeth, i had been ignoring the pain for a few weeks and it became unbearable, I called Dr. Namoo and he fitted me in that day. Turned out my tooth was impacted, he told me it was necessary to take it out, he ensured that I didn't go through a lot of pain because well I hate going to the dentist. It was quick and simple, he got the tooth out nice and quickly and made sure I was ok. He made sure u understood how to clean it out and to make sure it healed up well. honestly, best medical professional - I've ever come across.

When I first came to this dental office, Dr. Namoo made me feel so comfortable and wasn't in any pain at all! the staff are always nice and make you feel comfortable while getting treatments ahead of time when needed most. I always come here for my teeth cleanings.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to! From making appointments, parking, and checking in everyone was so nice. Dr. Namoo goes over everything with you in detail and offers different treatment options if needed which makes it easier for patients like me who are unsure what they want or need because of our unique needs when it comes down mainly teeth condition changes I highly recommend this place

Never seen the dentist but canceled my appointment due to the receptionist's lack of communication skill. Hey doc, if you are good like other reviews say, you should consider hiring someone professional as a customer service provider.

Oh no!!! I called today (just right now) to try to schedule an appointment. And the receptionist or who ever answered my call was sooooo lazy and you could hear it in her voice she did not wanted to be there at all. I called because of their good reviews. But after that one time phone call no thank you I'll take my money somewhere else. With that attitude NO!!

I honestly called to make an appointment at this facility because of their good reviews. But I did not like my experience with the receptionist. It wasn't a terrible interaction, but it wasn't very positive either and it definitely made me rethink about making an appointment. The receptionist is typically who and where a companies has their first interaction with a patient/customer and it can say a lot about the company. This office could be great, no doubt about that, but I just didn't like my first contact with them. I was looking forward to making an appointment and they would have been able to see me in a month, which isn't a bad time frame to wait. What threw me off, as well, was the fact that I would have to change my general care provider to receive the full benefits from them. I was not willing to do that because I found a good doctor for me. But also, I just can't understand why I would have to change my general care provider just to receive all the benefits from this facility. It didn't really make sense to me, especially because I never heard of anyone having to do that before.

Dr. Namoo and his staff are great. He genuinely cares about his patients, is engaging and remembers things. He explains everything well and does great work. He explains the best treatment and long term consequences of the options, takes questions and gives feedback. After years with other dentists, I actually feel like a partner in my dental treatment for the first time. Dr.Namoo seems to be a bit of a perfectionist, which is great, and has even sent me to the lab for a custom color match when he was not satisfied with the in office color match choices for my crown. His staff are always friendly to me. Bonus: I always get seen on time which is important. I cannot handle getting to an appointment on time then having to wait in a lobby, it's my pet peeve.

I was so excited to make an appointment here. I had just gotten my dental card in the mail and have been well overdue for a routine cleaning. I loved the appearance of the building and felt encouraged with their great reviews. It was very off-putting when the person that answered the phone was very rude and sounded like she hated her job. The tone of the receptionist almost made me reconsider making an appointment here. I'm going to stick it out since its the attitude of the doctor that really matters to me. Regardless, I really didn't appreciate speaking to someone with that type of attitude, especially when I'm making an extra effort to be friendly.

These guys are so amazing and accommodating. I've had a whole lot of dental work done here and I feel like they really took care of me. Shout out to Rosario for being such an awesome dental assistant during my appointments.
