Absolutely fabulous experience. First, I am terrified of the dentist. Was at my dentist getting a crown and realized I needed a root canal as the tooth became completely sensitive. I cannot describe how intense the pain was. As I sat in the chair I literally started to cry. Dr. Thomson was so patient with me and did 4 separate tests to make sure I would not experience any pain. And I did not feel any pain at all. I am so grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend not only this Doctor but her entire staff that treated me with compassion. Thank you all so much!

I had a great experience with my retreatment of previous root canal on 8/19/22. Dr. Thomson is just great, she is confident and detailed , my treatment went so smooth, in and out with almost no discomfort. Dr. Thomson called me later personally to check up on me to make sure all thing goes well. Her office staff are great too. if you need root canal treatment, Dr. Thomson should be on your TOP list.

Being in the dental field myself for over 30 years, I have never had dealt with a severe toothache til last week. Dr. Thompson who I had heard about through my patients, did my very first root canal! She is an amazing Doctor. She made sure I was very comfortable and did the procedure with such expertise and great care. Her staff members are just as nice and caring. Awesome team!

JUST THE BEST! I have had a lot of root canals and dental work from many different endodontists and Dr. Thomson is tops in my ranking. She is meticulous and very skilled. The office runs well, the dental work is beyond superb, facilities are very up to date with the latest equipment and bonus - Dr. Thomson is kind and friendly. I have had 2 root canals in the last 2 years from Dr. Thomson, and both were as painless and pleasant as can be (considering it is a root canal). Top Notch experience.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Thomson! I was referred to her by my general dentist for a horrible toothache that sprung up over the weekend. She knew I was in pain and didn't hesitate to fit me in during their lunch break on Monday. I was very anxious about the root canal, but Dr. Thomson and her entire staff were so professional and kind and made me feel very at ease. The procedure itself was completely painless and she worked quickly but efficiently, explaining things to me throughout. Thank you Dr. Thomson!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Thompson and her staff. All the folks were professional and gentle. I wasn't looking forward to a root canal but her approach and treatment caused me zero pain. She was very diligent about her work, taking x-rays several times throughout the procedure to make sure everything was good. And it was! The whole thing took less time than I thought and it went well. I highly recommend her practice.

I was referred to Dr Thomson from Dr Dylan Benke. I was having a very bad toothache and needed to see someone as soon as possible since I was leaving for a Canadian vacation. Dr Thomson was able to accommodate me and performed a root canal on Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and I am pain free. Thanks again.

Very thorough and comfortable experience! From Elizabeth and Natalie at the front desk to assistant Marie, and of course Dr. Thomson. I had pain in a molar that my dentist suspected it to be cracked, but couldn't visibly see it. He referred me to Dr. Thompson because she, unlike all endodontists, has a CT scanner which tells precisely if the tooth is cracked or not, something that doesn't show up in normal x-rays. And sure enough it was cracked, which led to a root canal. Not only was it a painless procedure, but she explained what she was doing from start to finish, which I liked. Hoping I'll not need another root canal, but if I do I'll be sure and see her again.

I was referred to Dr. Thomson for an emergency root canals for facial trauma that occurred from a ski accident. Her office was quick to schedule me for a consultation and after thoroughly examining my injuries and coordinating with my primary dentist I was immediately scheduled for an emergency root canals to save my teeth before infection and discoloration. I was apprehensive about the procedure because I had been in a lot of pain from the accident but Dr. Thomson and her staff were very gentle in minimizing the pain and worked efficiently to getting the work done quickly. Dr. Thomson followed up with a call in the evening to check up. I was very happy with the results and experience.

Dr. Thomson, her dental assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name), Cora, and Natalie are the best staff you will find for a root canal. I am so beyond grateful for the welcoming demeanor, the patience, and the friendliness everyone in the office provided when I came in for an emergency root canal. Dr. Thomson squeezed me in when I was in so much pain on a day she was fully booked to alleviate some of it then finished a week later and it was nothing but pleasant (which is absolutely insane to say about getting a forking root canal). I cannot say thank you enough to the entire staff in this office :-) Again, I hope I don't see you all under the same circumstances -- but I'll be back to pop in and visit. PS. The dental assistant (whose name I forget) is absolutely amazing in her bedside manner. I've never felt more comfy in a doctors office with her by my side. Thank you for making these procedures bearable :-)

I was referred to Dr Katherine Thompson by my dentist and when I checked with few of my Physician friends I was told she's " Fantastic " . Had to have two root canal done and I was/ am so impressed by her front office and back office staff as they were extremely pleasant and professional. Of course when I met Dr Thompson herself it totally made sense that a superb Doctor has pleasant and professional staff too. She is truly amazing , friendly and makes you feel at ease. As for two root canals I did not experience any pain or discomfort. I would truly recommend Dr Thompson to anyone that needs a root canal and this comes from an experienced patient as I was not born with the best teeth Thank you Dr Thompson & staff for the fantastic experience. Stay safe.
