Very poor customer service and poor quality of dental work. I do not recommend going to this office. Dr Duck Nguyen ruined my teeth and they had to be fixed by another endodontist. Don't trust him with your teeth. There are way better endodontists in San Diego.

Duke Nguyen is a very rude and condenscending dentist. He was upset because I didn't get a covid vaccine and he was so scared of me being an asymptomatic carrier. Why are you in the business??? The level of disrespect I received from him is unbelievable. I wish I had recorded the entire conversation with him so I could upload it for everyone to see. This person SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Went in to double check if a tooth was cracked or not. It was, and they fit me in right then for a root canal. Other than the pinch for the numbing agent, the entire procedure was painless and fast. Fully recommend this place! The staff was courteous and seemed to love what they do.

Went there to get a tooth looked at as I was referred to this specialist. He told me exactly what was going to happen and how long it would take (ab out a half hour) and it actually went quicker than that. I felt no pain and only have a little soreness in my jaw a day later. Highly recommend, made a stressful event seem trivial.

I was referred by my dentist and I saw Dr. Do for 2 root canals. He explained everything that was going on with my teeth, how long the procedure would take and he made it as painless as possible. I went during my lunch hour and was 100 percent satisfied with the Dr and the staff!

Can't say enough about Dr Do. I have had several root canals in my lifetime, some more painful than others, needless to say, not fun. My experience with this group was excellent and 100% pain free. Everyone was very professional and helpful, many thanks.

Thank you Dr and the assistant for everything. I was really concerned about the root canal thing, it wasn't easy to think of 4 of them like this. The Dr. did the first 2 in one day and the other 2 the next time . The Dr. was fast and very confident, his confidence what I needed at that time . Thank you Dr for the good job and The his assistant for her kindness and the secretary for making my things fast and possible.
