A specialist in the field of Periodontics, Dr. Kelk has advanced training and experience to provide her patients with the latest treatments in conventional, regenerative, or cosmetic periodontal treatment and dental implant surgery. Dr. Kelk is known for recommending the best treatment methods, unique for each patient, without compromising patient safety.
Dr. Kelk received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tehran in 1992. She wrote and defended her doctoral thesis on orthodontic treatment with periodontal tissues. After taking four different board exams, two national and two state boards, she received her license to practice in the United States.
Once in the U.S., Dr. Kelk took her education further and attended Loma Linda University, where she continued her studies in periodontics. She successfully completed her specialty from Loma Linda University in 1999. Throughout her post-graduate training in dental implant and periodontal surgery, she also received advanced training in general anesthesia at Loma Linda Surgicenter, where she completed 50 cases of general anesthesia. Besides practicing dentistry, Dr. Kelk teaches part-time clinical periodontics at University of Southern California.
It is my goal to help others to better understand their oral health issues. Patients have no way of knowing what is going on with their gums. It takes a dental professional to explain it to them in a way they understand. It takes teamwork between the dental professional and the patient. I work with patients when they come in for dental visits and they do their part by continuing their treatment at home. In the end, seeing their healthy smiles is the best reward. Dr. Azimi
For over 20 years, Dr. Robert Azimi has provided quality dental care with a focus on prevention and education. He attended Indiana University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Through many forms of continuing education, Dr. Azimi stays current with the latest news and treatment modalities for his patients care.
Born in Tehran, Iran, Dr. Azimi has lived in San Diego for the past 23 years. He is happily married with three children. In his free time, Dr. Azimi enjoys camping, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors.

I came before many patients, but I was left waiting for 1 hour before a staff member inside mentioned I wasn't in the computer. After a 30 minute check up, I was just about to leave after checking out with the lady again until she said to wait and let other people check out. After those 20 mins past, she called me back to tell me the exact same information and let me go. I don't recall dentist appointments taking 2 hours just for a check up.

Dr Kajian extracted a tooth and did a bone graft today. The procedure was quick and the pain was minimal. I feel confident of her skill. It's a friendly office.

I love this office! Everyone is so welcoming. Every time I go in even if it's been a whole year, they remember me. They do a great job with the cleanings too. Totally stress free.

Had to wait 1.5 hours and ended up leaving because they dont even know when the doctor will available for my appointment . Its either the receptionists fault not knowing their own schedule or its the doctors fault not knowing how long the previous appointment will take. Either way never going back again.

I've been coming here since 2006, I have had nothing but a great experience with this dental group. Love the front desk and all the doctors .. The quality of care has been perfect for me and educated on dental hygiene has kept me in the green zone!!!

I experienced a very relaxing and professionally conducted visit in this office for my first day of treatment. I was afraid of the deep cleaning thinking it might be painful, but it was done successfully with no pain involved, as I am very sensitive to pain. The technician performing the procedure was very kind, patient, and very gentle. This visit has helped me prepare with confidence the next ones to come.

Dr. Kajian and staff have a thorough knowledge of dental and other medical procedures. Provide comprehensive details on needed treatments and dental procedures being preform. The staff interacts with the insurance company and breaks down percentage cost. They make each customer feel special rather they have/have not dental coverage. Most people have a fear of dentistry. Dr. Kajian, Yvonne, Roman and rest of the staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Keep up your outstanding patient care. OEP

Had deep cleaning for the first time. Had been a tad fearful because of what I'd heard in the past about them. Even a dental hygienist had told me that it was painful. Other than the few moments of the discomfort of numbing, I had zero pain during or after. Almost makes me want to get done regularly. Almost.

I appreciate Dr. Kajian-Faraji's professionalism. I came twice for different procedures and both times got high quality, painless and fast treatment. The ladies at the reception are very nice, attentive, and polite: they will always call you back and remind you of your appointment, and if you have unforeseen circumstances, they will do everything possible to reschedule

I usually dread going to the dentist and have actively avoided going for some time now. This establishment changed that for me after my visit!! From the receptionists, Yvonne and Kirsten, being so helpful and welcoming, to the sense of comfortability and safety the doctor and hygienist brought, this place was great!! I highly recommend coming in here to get your dental work done.
