This review is not For the dental services but for front desk management. I had made an appointment in July and had to postpone until my insurance was active. When I showed up for my appointment they claimed I was nowhere in the schedule. I wrote this down in my calendar while I was on the phone with them, got the address and everything. Instead of asking me when I could be scheduled politely , I was abruptly told my insurance might work (PPO) but that I would need to pay upfront...I said that's fine. Still was not asked when I can be scheduled .... LOL unprofessional. I walked out. I need a cavity filled. The dentist could be amazing I'll never know.

Compared to all the dental practices I have been to, this is by far the best. Friendly staff, nice environment, fast and effective communication. Dr. Florescu is extremely professional and explains everything in a way that you understand what the problem actually is and what steps need to be taken. The office team is extremely knowledgeable and they managed the communication with my insurance company very promptly and efficiently. Thanks, Maribel! They do go the extra mile and I will definitely be back, even though I have just recently moved from San Diego. Highly recommend!

Dr. Claudia is an amazing dentist! I am a foreign-trained dentist, and I got the opportunity to shadow her clinic for a couple of months. I must say I am really impressed with her hand skills and compassion towards her patients. She is very organized and strictly follows all sterilization protocols, and keeps the clinic super clean. The entire team is very friendly and prioritizes the patients' comfort and needs. Apart from that, Dr. Claudia gives a detailed explanation to all her patients about the treatment procedure using x-rays, models, and pictures. I highly recommend her!

I'm usually not that big of a fan of the dentist and I don't tend to be social when I go but I really love talking to everyone who works here. They definitely make me feel comfortable

This dental office is absolutely outstanding! Dr. Claudia and her staff are the best! Dr. Claudia and her team go above and beyond for their patients dental care. Dr. Claudia is also an amazing Dr. to work for! Love this office!

A great experience! Dr. Claudia Florescu is an excellent doctor who takes great pride in her work and she is very thorough. She always puts patient's care and comfort first. In these days of Covid-19 she gores above and beyond to ensure minimum chance of an infection there. Super clean and sterile. When discussing options of treatments she is very honest, explaining pluses and minuses, and does not push you into unnecessary procedures. As a scientist, I especially loved the way she explains and point out various things on the X-rays and pictures, so I can understand what is happening and why a certain treatment is needed.

I have been a patient since 2010 when both Dr.Jacobs and Dr.Claudia worked and I can honestly say this is one of the best dental work I've had. I began treatment after removal of my braces where my teeth were not the shade I had desired, I had white spots in my two big front teeth along with lots of decay. Dr. Claudia worked with me and in no time my smile and my self esteem were higher than ever! Dr.Claudia is the only dentist I fully trust and the reasons are she is very thorough, honest and professional. All the staff has always greeted me with a smile and the front desk has always been very helpful, never had any issues communicating. I trust this office with all my dental work forever! Thank you all for your hard work and making my smile beautiful!

Dr. Claudia is an amazing dentist. She takes extreme care in all her services, especially in these days of covid-19. My having worked as a microbiologist and biochemist elicits my admiration over her sterile techniques. She is truly exemplary of excellent dentristy.
