My wife called La Frontera Dental for my 12 year old son who complained for some pain in his molar teeth. There was one opening and the front desk gave the appointment immediately. Dr Satish did what is needed to be done, as quickly and as appropriately as needed. Dr. Satish is my Dentist too. He did nothing short of an impressive job to make my 12 year old equally happy. Dr. Satish is my son's favorite Dr as well! Thank you and your staff for the awesome job you do for your patients.

I loved the experience. I've been in pain from my partials for years and with just a few adjustments the dentist fixed them. First time in a long time I can eat without pain. This was also the first dentist I went to that didn't make me feel like he was trying to up-sell me. The plan is what's best for me and not what's would make the practice the most money. I wish I'd have found you years ago.

When they 1st opened they were great, but since the practice has been open and business grew the quality of work, the tools, and the craftsmanship of crowns and work has gone down horribly. Both my mom and I have had multiple crowns break and have to pay for a brand new one at another quality dentist. Their drills also broke off in the tooth as well, which was told happens when they are old. I've spent so much many getting crowns and implant here, and to see the quality break in under 5 years is not a good thing.

One of the best dentists in Austin. Dr. Satish is super knowledgable and his staff are kind and empathetic. They got down to fixing the problem tooth that was causing me a lot of pain right away.

I had a great experience with Dr Satish and his staff, wisdom teeth extraction was quick, painless and without stiches. There is a bit longer waiting time due to covid-19 but it's understandable.

Extremely happy with the service and the staff. Dr. Satish has been taking proper precautions for COVID and I feel very safe when I go there. Also no unnecessary procedures suggested. I will go back for sure. Also, Marcy, the dental hygienist is friendly and amazing at what she does.

I am new to Austin , Dr. Satish was empathetic and customised the treatment plan to suit my needs and was kind enough to suggest the various possible options. Extremely customer friendly attitude from the staff in spite of current situation. Highly recommend the doctor and clinic .

Dr. Satish is the man and his staff are great! I've been going to Dentists in the Austin/Round Rock area but the office would shut down or dentists would leave and I'd get a new one. It happened at several offices and I lacked cohesion with my treatment plan. Dr. Satish is extremely personable, his staff enables a open environment and he went over a DETAILED treatment plan with my inputs. I couldn't be happier to of found this dentist and look forward to actioning my plan!

I found Dr Satish and his team very professional, knowledgable, polite, friendly and very cooperative. They thoroughly checked my teeth and had a treatment plan suggesting me what I need to do. Treatment cost is reasonable too. I was also impressed with their precautionary safety approach towards Covid 19. Love you all.

Dr Satish Thirumalai, You are an unprofessional person and your staff change every time I come in for my check up. You are always try to make extra money by telling me I have a tooth that needs to be taken out or my wisdom teeth needs to be taken out. The last two times I came in my teeth was not clean properly and I still had issues. My daughter is a flight attendant and have been flying in to see you every six months from New Jersey and you and your staff wait until the day before her appointment and she was already on the flight to Texas and told her she needed to have proof covid vaccinations or a negative covid test. This is the day before her appointment and choose not to see her after she went and got a covid test that was negative that same afternoon so that she could keep her appointment. My daughter called several times that afternoon to speak to dr satish and he refused to take her call. But you and your unprofessional staff will miss my business of 5 years or more. When I came to you I was asked questions about your staff because you couldn't keep anyone. You didn't have many clients and begged me to do a review just like I see many are doing. Don't fall for it! You suck! Edited: 5/10 Look at his response. No one is asking you to not take the necessary covid steps. But to say you, your staff and patients comes first means you don't care about your loyal patients??? Who are we not patients. You and your staff are inconvenience because of you and your staff's incompetent. The worst. This treatment is disrespectful and horrible. We are not new and you should have reached out more that 24 hours with the pre visit requirements due to covid. And your staff changes every six months. FYI! My daughter tried again the next day before her flight back to NJ with a negative covid test and they still did not see her. This is clearly not an example of someone who cares about his current and existing patients or respect their time.

My mother has been seeing Dr. Satish since he opened his practice and I for the last few years. I was turned away this time around after not being informed that my normal travel to Austin (out if state flight attendant) would disqualify me from being seen with less than 24 hr notice. I'm very hurt by how I was handled having traveled 3.5 hrs just for this appt. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Dr Satish is great. He will bend over backwards to help you out. He is quick and gentle. He will give you oral sedation or gas, if you prefer. Gas is more expensive than the oral sedation. Seriously, if you have a dental phobia, like I do, he will put you at ease. I had some very bad experiences with dentists in the past and because of that I never would go to the dentist until I had no other choice. But with Dr Satish, I actually go and get my cleanings 2 times a year.

The La Frontera Dental team is phenomenal! During this COVID-19 pandemic, I was nervous about going into any medical/procedural establishment. From the moment I arrived all my worries went away. They go above and beyond: They called to screen before appointment; I waited in my car until waiting room was empty; their friendly staff took my temperature in the lobby; they escorted me back to the room to insure that patients don't cross paths; they all had surgery grade face masks, with medical grade masks over them. The second is discarded after and between every patient contact!! They installed high powered UV light filters in their main HVAC system, and had air purifiers in each room. I was SOO impressed!! I've since had to go to the doctor and they didn't even take 1/2 of these precautions. And I know it's to cut costs. Not Dr. Satish! He's spending extra on every patient and taking exceptional care of his staff through this crisis. THANK YOU FOR SETTING THE STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE!!! Before Covid, I had nothing but good things to say about this team and everything they do. Now I just have to spread the word. Thank you Dr. Satish!
