I am blown away by this place. I have had some pretty terrible experiences back in Denver, and this was the opposite. From the moment we got there to the moment we left we felt right at home. They took such great care of our kids. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

Dr.Hanks treated my daughter like family. It takes an amazing person to do his work. My daughter is 5 years old and had cavities filled and she said " HE'S THE BEST "!!! We love this place.

My kids actually like seeing these dentists, which is saying something. They are wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

Funny how they only respond to 5 star comments. My daughter's absolutely loved this place, however my Aunt got sick with cancer and things went downhill very fast. The appointments were definitely not intentionally missed. I called 3 out of the 4 missed appointments to reschedule even!! The final 4th appointment we missed, (yes I understand that's quite a few but sometimes LIFE doesn't give you an option) I called after our appointment and talked to the receptionist to explain we we're on our way to Michigan, cancer had won the battle was over. I had an understanding that we were okay. Today I call to set them up for their yealy exam and I'm told they can no longer be seen there. I am beyond livid with the lack of compassion this business holds. I could understand if the appointments where just blown off and I never called or showed. But that is definitely not the case. The receptionists could care less, zero empathy. I understand business is business but it's clear this one SOLE FOCUS IS MONEY!!!!!!

Very friendly staff! Clean and nice facility! To get in takes some time but they are always willing to work with you.

Our last appointment involved sealants and treating first cavities. Dr. Hanks and his staff made the children so comfortable, had them watch a movie, talked through the whole process with us, and made us feel at ease. They were great at answering my questions, encouraging the children, and letting me be involved in the process. I left feeling relieved, well informed, and educated about my questions with great tips for dental health without judgment.

La Crosse Pediatric Dentistry is great! Very kids friendly and very expert in their field. We've had 4 kids under their care. All good experiences! Thanks!

I really like Dr. Hanks. He seems to care genuinely about his patients--he puts all his energy into making the kids comfortable, and is naturally a very likeable and fun person. He also seems very intelligent and capable. Would definitely recommend this office!

They don't let you know what they are doing to your child. They make you wait over an hour past your scheduled appointment, while they just stand there and talk about weekend plans. Definitely not okay.
