One Star is a lot for this dental clinic at the reception the service is terrible the dental doctors are terrible the only thing they know how to offer is the bill for missing an appointment because it was your insurance it did not cover everything when in reality they know how to do it and they offer that they always want to do x-rays, my husband had never been there for the first time they made him miss a day of work to get information, they gave him another appointment to do an x-ray and the last one was for a cleaning dentist but what happens is that they don't have doctors to do a cleaning, but they discounted the Insurance, I call again to make the appointment and they tell me that I need x-rays all the time, they are offering you x-rays, but never cleaning and they charge insurance because they already include X-rays and cleaning. They are really rude employees.

Amazing staff. I had the best dental care I have ever had in my life at La Clinica Vallejo Dental. The Doctors and staff members gave me excellent care. I have never in my life had a good experience dealing with dental clinics until now.

I don't know about the other Dentist there but Dr. Mendoza is amazing I have a lot of problems were other dentist just won't even take the time to help me and he has he's gone above and beyond for me Waymore than these higher price dentists have ever done I was pleasantly surprised and will always go back to him he's amazing he actually cares about his patients very much I really hope he stays there because he is amazing five stars for Dr. Mendoza.

The services is bad. They have rude people working there and they charge you then they want to say you still owe. When you clearly ask them are you sure that is the amount I owe. I will not recommend this place. They don't care about their patients at all.

never been here but their not taking new patients , oh you can come in as a emergency but med-cal or partnership heath plan of california , they said would not cover emergency or they just would not take it ! WTF are poor people to do ! just suffer in pain ! oh they care as long as you can pay them in cash !

Had to go back numerous times.To get an exam,a cleaning and sealants.3 different appointment.nobody have time for that.My daughter needed an authorization for dental work.A week later nobody in the office had even started on the process of getting it done.i do not suggest la clinica vallejo.

La Clinica is one of the best things in Vallejo. The sliding scale based on income makes it possible for patients get the best of needed care. Dentists and staff are friendly. That is why it is so busy.
