Please do yourself a favor and do your best to avoid this place. It has taken me four months to get a fillings appointment and the pain is worse than when I first called for an appointment. I tried explaining my situation to their receptionist and they HUNG UP on me when I was trying to find an earlier appointment to fix my cavity (They most likely didn't have one either way). Customer service is also terrible. These receptionists have the most attitude and do not care about your concerns. Avoid this clinic like the plague. Their services are terrible and will leave your dental health worse than before.

Never again!! i had an appt for my son and went also with my 1yr old baby that i was carrying amd wasnt taking space. they did not let me go inside with my son and they gave me a chair for to wait OUTSIDE in the cold because i had my baby in my arms and only 1 person it was just really not proffesional at all. About only 3 person inside waiting and they still said for me to wait outside.

Terrible service!!! I had a biking accident at the age of 8 and my tooth died. The root canal they did got infected and they also lost my file. Then they failed to let me know about the follow up procedures. They do not respect people with medi/denti-cal. They repeatedly told me that I need to pay for certain dental equipment but just end up taking the money instead. They prey on the underprivileged, who can not stand up for themselves. Non of their doctors have to take responsibility for their accidents or mistakes because the doctors are constantly coming in and out. They are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Overall, they are terrible.

First and foremost, they have very uncoordinated and inaccurate communication among the staff members. They dispatch inconsistent information regarding your appointment date and reason of appointment you have. My whole family get treated there. But, I have had several times of misinformation about my daughters' appointment dates and reason of the appointment. And, I started getting treated for my tooth here. But, the level and cost of treatment went from bad and less expensive to worst and most expensive level of treatment. I wish I would have extracted my tooth than costing me that much money and time without getting treated perfectly.

This place puts kids dental care to shame. Dentist had zero kids/people skills! Treated a 5 year old like an adult or even worse..... If you as a Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal recipient speak up, they immediatly become rude and say to go elsewhere. Belittling poor people - way to go La Clinica! Fast food service style for dental/health care - just sad :( I gave two stars only because of a nice and super kid friendly dental assistant there, otherwise one would be too much ....

Worst Customer service ever. I asked about setting up appointment the front desk girl got a attitude and said we don't take your dental insurance. I said I have delta dental thru Google. And then she hung up. I wouldnt even give 1 star but i have too.

This is the worse place I have ever been for my teeth. I went there for my one tooth took me 7 moths every time I go for this tooth they work on other tooth. They fill my two teeth temprory 7 month a go. They didn't work on it yet. i am still in pain. Worse service I have bad experience shity place

As a medical professional it's only right to inform the patients calling how many patients are ahead of you. Claudia failed to do so when I called and when I asked "how many patients are ahead of me?" I got a moment of silence followed by " can you please hold?" failing to answer my question. After her answer, I said that I would like to know how many patients are ahead of me AGAIN..... then she said a few and for me that isn't an answer. It's disappointing. This isn't a fast food restaurant its healthcare. Provide your patients customer service.
