Today May 13,2019 was my first time visiting La Clinica De Familia, I got Dr. Meka and I felt really welcoming, comfortable, and very happy. Dr. Meka took her time to answer all my concerns and it only took me like around 30 minutes. The staff was really friendly, specially Meka's nurse I think her name is Sandra. Totally recommended !!

VERY unprofessional staff on site for my visit today. One medical assistant who helped me was friendly but when it came to everyone else, they made me feel like an inconvenience and especially the Dr. On site. She was very rude, spoke to me as if I did not know what she was telling me and overall made me feel like I was wasting her time. My appointment was at 1:00 pm. I wasn't seen until about 1:45 and only to be told I couldn't be seen there for my issue and even if I could be seen, she didn't have time. Which was not my fault I was on time to my appointment. If you have to see Dr. Anna Roberti, I highly recommend requesting someone else.

Very unprofessional medical doctors M and R. R doctor called my families job site to release medical information about my husband without consent just because she was mad my husband refused her medical recommendation waste of a time tests and Meeka has never done anything for me but listen to me as if she was a therapist not a doctor dont go there people!

I'm so disappointed with this clinic!! I can't believe the need they have to learn how to be professional care giver people. Ironic but the people you trust to take care of you, just seems to see the $$$ money sign in your forehead, I wish you guy's see the age, feelings, problems, besides sickness there are old people that can't go up and down cause of their sickness, my dad drove about 50 minutes to get here, he has problems with his bladder, he peed twice on his car, he can't retain, just to get a paper form from doctor to take to his car insurance, a paper that he droped fryday he went back today and they didn't have it ready. they told me, but not to my dad, that the Doctor takes 3-5 to fill it out, a simple form!! The insurance company said that y if they don't receive this form that insurance would be cancel, I called a the clinic and asked if they could fax it to the insurance company, so my dad doesn't have to travel again, they said no because that's not regarding to them I asked to talk to management, it was even worst, I felt so helpless, cause I couldn't help my dad, I leave in Nebraska, sometimes you wish for people to be more generous, charitable, more care given, by the way, my dad is all most 80 years old.come on people don't do to others what you don't want to your self or family, or to your neighbor. After this, I hope my dad get to a real care giver.THAT DO WHAT THEY SUPPOSE TO DO (CARE FOR PEOPLE)

Such a Blessing to have this Medical/Dental facility in our neighborhood. Thank you so very much for the professional care & courtesy extended during my dental emergency this morning. I'm truly grateful to both the dentist Dr. Baddour and her staff (Mr Tony & Miss Liz) for the care & concern shown to me during my emergency appointment. Thank you so very much. I would recommend to anyone seeking dental care.
