The dental assistant's here helped heal the trauma of past dental work, I've never felt more at ease and calm through natural techniques and without nitrous oxide as I have here, moving forward I am much more comfortable and confident in getting dental work and I am no longer afraid, I cannot remember his name but the man who used to practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu and live in Brazil was especially helpful in getting me to understand that I did not have anything to be afraid of and that they would be gentle and take care of me, it was hard for me to believe him but he was right I have never been able to have dental work without being sedated until now!

Best visit to a dentist in a very long tyme. Dr and staff were friendly, helpful and kind! I recommend them highly. Had an emergency tooth extraction. Dr explained everything. The cost was very affordable.

I like to state this review is to represent a principal- I have been a loyal customer of this dental office for 10 yrs- myself and family of 5 have been loyal customers/patients. My most recent visit for my 13 yr old was a awful experience. I was quoted a price for a routine visit -then when we did the procedure it was double the price!!! I called to speak with mgmt and they spoke to the Dr. who said there was nothing they can do about the price. -Really- you are the Dr. this is your business and you act like you cant change the price to what I was quoted. Also the last straw was at this same appt they called to advise they were running apprx 30 min behind, and if I could move appt later. I thought wow- that was good, saved me time from sitting at the office - But when I showed up - they still made us wait another hour! My daughter was anxious to get the procedures done, and guess what waiting in the room for another hour was not helpful. I called this morning to discuss my concerns with mgmt- after I said - it would be nice to receive an apology- which she did on behalf of the business. She stated I guess our communication should be better between the back room, and the front of the room. ---I asked myself, "Do you think?" "Yes, I would have been more receptive to reschedule." Lastly I would like to state they have lost a long standing customer- I must admit the office is not pretty, and the office is outdated- I did return because the Dr. seemed to be nice, and personable. But after getting treated the way I did this last visit- I will not be returning. I hope you improve the customer service.

La Cholla Dental Group is an amazing Dental office. I had a dentist emergency and was in pain. The Dentist and staff were so nice, and I was out of pain very fast, I recommend this dentist, they are very honest and helpful

Dr. Nguyen and his entire team are absolutely amazing. They are patient, kind and thorough. I've never been so absolutely comfortable at the dentist. Their also priced very fairly.

I got to Liz and she's wonderful. She's quite thorough you can tell. Dr. Nguyen is always kind and gentle, he's quite intelligent as well. I appreciate that in a dentist.

My wife and I go to Dr. Nguyen. I appreciate that speaks to me in Vietnamese since my English isn't as good. I had a lot of problems with my teeth and he helped me out a lot. We go to him every 6 months like clockwork. He is a smart guy, soft spoken. And he gave me some lidocaine so I would not feel pain, which I appreciate thank you.

I had the opportunity to work with this office during my externship, everyone in the office is so knowledgeable and friendly. They welcomed me into the office with open arms. Dr. Nguyen was so gentle and patient with me while I was learning the procedures and giving me feedback. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a great team to work with!

Dr. Nguyen is a rock star! Such a great dentist, and a genuinely great guy! Their hours are different currently because of Covid19, and they are not open Saturdays like normal. My dad broke his front tooth off at the gum line, and we called everywhere last Saturday trying to find an emergency dentist. Dr. Nguyen called back personally, and specifically went in and opened his office to take care of my dad's mouth. There really aren't words to describe how good of a person he is to go out of his way, and not make my dad wait til Monday for help and relief. We are lifelong patients!

We love this dental office. Our child is 8 and they are nice and sweet with her,giving her instructions and compliments when she is getting through her dental work. They are priced honestly and seem great all-around, whether scheduling, billing insurance, making changes etc.
