On behalf of La Casa Family Health Center Board of Directors, Management and Staff, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for selecting La Casa as your provider of choice. La Casa has been in operation since March 1976 and has since then expanded primary care, dental and behavioral health services in Roosevelt, Curry, Chaves and Lincoln County. In addition, La Casa has expanded services to the campuses of Eastern New Mexico University in Portales and Roswell. I have enjoyed the privilege of being your advocate for affordable primary health, dental and behavioral health services and serving as your Chief Executive Officer for 33 years. I pledge to you that I, La Casa Board of Directors, Management and Staff will continue to advocate for you and your family on health care issues that matter to you.
Dr. Thom is fluent in both English and Spanish. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with Weill-Cornell Medical Center in Bronx, New York.

The staff are rude. Always in a hurry. And the dentist isn't aware of what the proper amount of anesthetic is. So, you'll either be in pain, or numb for hours after. Only use this dentist if you're in a true emergency situation and they're the only ones available. And even then, consider just waiting on someone else.

From the front desk staff to the dental hygienists to the dentists, everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable! They were able to repair work that others had messed up. They are kid friendly. My girls love their dental visits!

I've been calling since Monday trying to set up an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth. It's now late Thursday and I STILL haven't heard back. I've left 4 different messages. So far, not impressed.
