Wow, I came to have my wisdom tooth pulled and DR. Choi did it in 20 min. No pain, Medical covered my bill and they don't have you waiting. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist. The receptionist and the staff are really nice and welcoming. The place is clean and organized. I'm making this my official dentist

Amazing and warm service all around! I had my wisdom tooth pulled out today. The doctor made the process quick and soothing. It wasn't as bad as I expected. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks La Brea Family Dental Practice! Update: The staff may need additional training on how to operate the X-ray machine and how to safely position the patient. The machine hit my shoulder while circulating. Disappointing! The ortho team who provided the braces delivered a smooth and professional experience, thanks!

Dr. Roh has been my dentist for the past 13 years. Never have I met a dentist as gentle, thorough, and patient as him. The mere sound of that drill is enough to make me start panicking, but Dr. Roh always calms me down by explaining very thoroughly what it is he will be doing. For me, that takes away so much of the fear. No other dentist has ever done that for me. Extremely warm and welcoming staff that have been there for a long time. Very clean. Flexible & accommodating scheduling. More than reasonable pricing. Ample parking. And, so much more.

The dentist is the best!!! The staff is not. The dentist is kind and does a very good job. The staff gives you a hard time very rude and have you go thru extreme extras every time.

Dr. Roh has been my dentist for the past 13 years. Never have I met a dentist as gentle, thorough, and patient as him. As I sit here 2/4/2020 to my 9 am appointment I started to read the reviews and I felt like cancelling my appointment but it was too late. I went on with my appointment and just decided to see on my own the office and my experience. I did see a notice that says no pictures or videos. First my experience with the front staff was great! The do take your co payments ahead of time. I was familiar with my insurance and expected my $5 office visit. My x-rays took about 15 to 20 min I guess because they are film which I have no problem with. My dentist did my exam and I had my treatment/ fees explained to me by the front staff. I had my cleaning done and my whole time in the office was about 1 hour. I will post a follow up on my next visit experience for now I stick with my stars! To me the office was clean and their instruments are sealed with pouches which made me feel comfortable. Note: The outside is not very pleasant but I guess that's the City responsibility since its right at the corner and the bus stop is near the front door. I saw a lot of people waiting for the bus and the trash overflowing at the bus stop. Now a days its normal to see people sleeping on sidewalks and on bus benches or simply tents and leaving a mess.

It's really old and dirty (I learned that film-based x-ray is still a thing. Bet digital x-ray machine is expensive, right..). I wouldn't say it's supper dirty? But dirty enough to make me worried. Giving one star is due to the staffs were pretty nice. Of course, zero star is not an option. Don't want to give too many negative comments on the weekend, but unprofessionalism, dishonesties, forceful (shout out to the sales lady), etc..

This has been my dentist for the past years , I guarantee you that he will do a perfect job . You will not feel him remove the cavities, his hands are magical. I recommend him to whoever is looking for a perfect smile and courtesy .

Most amazing experience, they truly care about your wellbeing and how healthy you keep your teeth. They care more about the patient than the type of insurance you have or the money in your pocket. Everyone in the dental office is Very professional and caring, they will make you feel very welcomed. Procedures are PAINLESS and quick. I have recommended this dentist to my family and friends already. Thank you so much
