I have made developing and perfecting my skills as a dentist a top priority from the day I started my dental education. After graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1997 with High Honors, where I was ranked in the top 5% of my class my senior year, and earning several awards and accolades along the way, I completed an American Dental Association accredited one year hospital based General Practice Residency at Bethesda, Maryland. Only a very small percentage of general dentists complete this type of formal training program before entering practice.
Continuing my professional development, in 2004 I was awarded the prestigious Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, the largest organization for general dentists in the country. I had to complete over 500 hours of continuing education since graduation (as a reference, dentists licensed in Nevada are required to complete only 20 hours of continuing education per year to maintain their licenses), and then pass a rigorous written examination in order to qualify for Fellowship. To sum it up, I take pride in my work, and it shows!
With over two decades experience, I have been practicing in the Las Vegas and Henderson area for several years, and my goal has always been to treat my patientsand friends as I would like my own family to be treated.
