Great experience especially after several. Not very happy with a series of other dentist in the area. The Best Dentist RETIRED! Wouldn't you know it! I've been happy with L-Town Dentistry so far. Much more to do.

This office REQUIRES dental xrays from patients EVERY YEAR or they will not see you. No exceptions, even for cancer patients with perfectly stable dental histories. That is totally unnecessary and not evidence based. The reason I was given- 'for liability reasons'. In other words, they require annual radiation exposure not for the benefit of patient health, but for some ridiculously minuscule perceived legal risk to themselves. If you like in autonomy over your health, this is not the practice for you. Dentists that xray annually are doing it to rack up the bill. Do you own research on the topic and decide ehat works best for you. Then find a dentist that respects that you are a whole person capable of making decisions to balance your own health. In her comments below, the dentist makes clear that she makes no exceptions for cancer patients. I was in the chair, agreeing to be xrayed the day of my exam but arguing that I did not want to be xrayed the next year. I was asked to leave. Also, of course I would make different choices for my teenagers, but an adult in their 40's with stable dental health for 20+ years is a different situation.

L-town Dental takes care of my entire family! Dr. White is an expert and also a mom who gives great care and guidance. I've been with L-town Dental for over a decade and highly recommend them!

As usual the staff was friendly, professional and my teeth cleaning procedure was excellent.

Doctors and front desk are outstanding, but hygienists tend to be a little too judgemental for comfort: I really appreciate being educated (in fact I purchased right away an electric toothbrush as suggested by the hygienist), but there's a difference between educating and infantilizing. You just don't tell a 49 year old that they need to get better at brushing their teeth with a patronizing attitude. I appreciate the office reaching out to understand what can be improved

I've been going to Ltown Dental, Dr. White for over a decade now. My husband and I are grateful we get our dental care there. They keep up with when we need to visit them and have gone out of there way to allow us to keep going to our favorite hygienist too. Best dentist we have ever had!. Ellen and Ben

While the dentists chair has never been my favorite place I'm floored by how great the care here is. Dr. Laycock has surrounded himself with an irreplaceable team. How impressed am I? I moved my cleaning appointments from 6 months to 4 month intervals. Danielle was my hygienist. Ask for her.

There are different dental needs and concerns for people 50+. Teeth shifting, yellowing, old fillings, gum issues... I am glad that Dr. Jaime White is up on all the latest treatments and delivers the fixes! Her hygienists are wonderful too. Just had a cleaning with Amy and can say "I enjoyed it!"

Still not my favorite place to go, but if I have to go I couldn't be more thankful to have an incredible kind group of people to take care of my dental needs. Recommend them wholeheartedly.

Almost 10 years after Dr. White doing work on my teeth I am STILL reaping the consequences. I've needed root canals and/or crowns on most of my teeth that she worked on. I would not send my worst enemy to this practice. I've spent thousands of dollars fixing what she did to me.

I had 3 crowns put in (2 were implants) and they feel great. Dr.White is always so informative each step of the way. And Deann is amazing!! She is gentle, makes sure you are comfortable and is very good at what she does! She kept making changes to my crowns until they were just right. And as always, the office staff is welcoming and friendly. All around a great dentist staff!!

Been coming to Dr. White for about a decade. It used to be a 5-star operation. The staff was top notch, from the front desk to the hygienists. And it all felt like they were a happy little family. Dr. White always had time to discuss my dental health. But over the last few years as the business has grown, it has really changed. It doesn't have the same feel any more. I feel less important as a patient, and the staff doesn't recognize me. Things feel more rushed and hectic, all throughout. I hope it will improve because it was once a terrific place, but at this time it's no longer the 5 out of 5 it once was...

Office staff needs to be trained to be more compassionate with those who are experiencing anxiety or trauma as well as those that may not be aware of the high cost of this practice. My family will be changing to a different dentist.
