Our doctors and staff are focused on three core values: excellence, integrity, and personal care. Ds. Lee and Meyrowitz provide conservative, honest orthodontic guidance. At L&M Orthodontics, you will only receive those treatments that improve the health and appearance of your smile.
We work hard to make your orthodontic care as efficient and affordable as possible. We accept most major insurance plans, and our staff is happy to help you navigate and submit complex insurance paperwork. If your dental insurance does not fully cover your treatment, or you do not have insurance, we offer several flexible financing options, including CareCredit and an in-house, interest-free option.
We provide traditional metal braces, clear braces, and Invisalign. All three treatment options are effective for aligning smiles, and each has unique benefits. Since patients have unique goals and priorities, we are happy to provide different options.
Drs. Lee and Meyrowitz will help you choose the optimal treatment for your needs and lifestyle. They may also recommend advanced technology to expedite your treatment, such as the AcceleDent system. Our orthodontists may also use a specialized temporary anchorage device (TAD) for more complex cases. Whatever your orthodontic needs, we can create a plan for you.
We have three beautiful locations in Doylestown, Glenside and Perkasie, from which both of our orthodontists work on alternating days. Our contemporary Glenside office is located near local schools for convenient youth orthodontic care. Our Doylestown office is a restored farmhouse located near the courthouse and shopping districts.
Dr. Lee is a native of Cheltenham, PA. He attended NYU and received his B.A. in Biology in 1992. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine earning his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Dr. Lee graduated amongst the top of his class being received as a member of the Matthew Cryr Honors Society and earning the Crest Award for Excellence in Dentistry for the Elderly and the J. George Coslet Award for Excellence in Periodontics.
While working on his degree, he was awarded a scholarship through the U.S. Navy Scholarship program and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy. After receiving his D.M.D. in 1996, Dr. Lee was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant upon which he reported to his duty station at the US Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan.
As a Navy dentist, Dr. Lee has been awarded the Navy Commendation Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal and a Meritorious Service Award during his three year tour of duty. Following his honorable discharge from active duty in 1999, Dr. Lee returned home for his orthodontics specialty training at Temple University, School of Dentistry. He received both his certificate in orthodontics as well as his Masters Degree in Oral Biology in 2001. Dr. Lee is published in 2003, in the journal of Clinical Orthodontics and Research for his thesis Perceived long-term prognosis of teeth with orthodontically resorbed roots.
Dr. Lee has been in private practice as an orthodontist since 2001. He is a member in the American Association of Orthodontists, the Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists as well as the Greater Philadelphia Society of Orthodontists.
Dr. Lee currently resides in Doylestown, PA and is an active member in his church. He is an avid sports fan, enjoys travel and the culture of big cities, but most of all Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Dr. Meyrowitz grew up in Okemos, Michigan, a town neighboring Michigan State University. After graduating from high school, he attended Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, earning the Ralph Berenberg Memorial Prize for pre-dental studies. After completing his Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Dr. Meyrowitz returned to Michigan. Here he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he graduated among the top of his class. During this time, he participated in research involving metastatic cancer of the jaws, which was published in 2006, in The Journal of the American Dental Association. Continuing his studies, Dr. Meyrowitz received both his certificate and Master of Science degree in Orthodontics from the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Soon after graduation, Dr. Meyrowitz left Michigan to begin practice in Pennsylvania. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), American Dental Association (ADA), and Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA).
Dr. Meyrowitz currently resides in Chalfont, PA where he lives happily with his wife Aviva and three children. He is an avid movie buff, and tries to get out to the theater as often as possible. Dr. Meyrowitz is also an accomplished singer, having competed in various competitions throughout high school, as well as participating in his college a cappella group, Brandeis VoiceMale. He also enjoys eating out, attempting to golf, spending time with his wife and two daughters, and watching and playing various sports. True to his alma mater, Dr. Meyrowitz is an avid Michigan Wolverines fan, as well as a die-hard Detroit Red Wings enthusiast.
Dr. Arnold J. Malerman, a well-respected member of the Orthodontic Community, is an honors Graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry. He practiced Dentistry in the US Air Force before completing his Orthodontic Specialty Training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He has held clinical and/or teaching positions at Jefferson and CHOP, and is currently a Clinical Professor of Orthodontics at Penn. In addition to traditional Orthodontic Treatment his focuses have been Dento-Facial Growth and Development Supervision and Adult Orthodontics to provide the best framework on which to do restorative treatment. He has had numerous articles published in scholarly journals, and has lectured extensively both here and abroad. Dr. Malerman and his wife live in Dresher, and travel often to Boston to see their daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter.

We've had a very positive experience with L&M for my daughter's Invisilign (and some regular braces on stubborn molars). Dr. Meyrowitz has been very nice and explains things well when we have a question. The office staff in Doylestown is also super and responsive when we need to schedule or change an appointment. Definitely recommend!

We love L&M Orthodontics! The staff is friendly and helpful, and all appointments have been super timely. We've never had to wait and their work is very efficient, which is so valuable to busy families juggling a bit too much. Dr. Sam is great, knowledgeable and experienced and takes the time to explain things to both the patients and parents in a way they can easily understand.

Dr Lee and Dr Meyrowitz are both fantastic. As an adult ortho patient, I felt a little awkward, but they both put me right at ease. They won't quit until your teeth look amazing. Bonus, both Doctors and all the staff are super nice and fun. My son is now a patient and enjoying the same wonderful care and treatment.

We were lucky to have L&M orthodontics for my daughter. They explained the entire process, scheduling was always easy, the office is immaculate, the staff is super nice and answer all of your questions. Both Dr. Sam and Dr. Lee are wonderful. My daughter followed their instructions, wore her rubber bands and had her braces off in 16 months. We will be back with our next child.

We see Dr.Sam, my daughter is having an expander put in prior to getting braces and each visit has been great. I had my sons consultation yesterday and again we felt confident in his treatment plan. Looking forward to our final results! Office staff is wonderful as well!

I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs orthodontist care. It is rare to find a place that takes insurance and provides great quality care. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff makes making appointments easy. This place was our second opinion and their plan of care was much less invasive and less expensive then first place we went to. Our daughters teeth look great. My only criticism is the office has a strong perfume smell and I easily get migraines so I just wait in the car while my daughter has her appointment.

Wonderful practice from the staff on the phones and front desk to the staff working with the doctor and the orthodontist himself. It's rare to find that! One of my favorite things is That they offer a wide range of appointment times, which is helpful for me as a working parent, and they are so accommodating. Appointments are so quick--we are in and out in a snap! We got several opinions before we put our son in braces. This office offered all the same technologies that the other practices did, and they were $800 cheaper when comparing apples to apples (even though another practice was offering a coupon.). I highly recommend L&M Orthodontics!

It is my pleasure to write a review for Dr. Myerowitz and his staff. I was looking for an orthodontist for my daughter . From day one, Dr. Myerowitz and the entire staff have been professional, courteous, helpful and absolutely the nicest group of people. Scheduling appointments was easy, even when we would come a little earlier, they always saw my daughter without a wait. I'm so thankful to them for the care and the beautiful, straight teeth my daughter has. The difference is night and day. I can't say enough about L & M orthodontics. I work for a group of surgeons and have been to may a doctor's office, including another orthodontist with my older kids, but this practice stands out from the rest. Thank you Dr. Myerowitz!!!!!

I started my journey with L&M orthodontist back in 2019 with invisalign. 3 years later, I have now brought my daughter to them for her services. The staff at L & M are an absolute delight to work with. Not only are they friendly, and kind but very knowledgeable about treatment plans and really take the time to explain everything to their patients. I personally have worked with Dr. Lee for my treatment and can say he is very knowledgeable, and above all has great bedside manners. He doesn't rush his patients out the door and takes the time to make sure patientsare comfortable. I have recommended Dr. Lee to my neighbor who has started treatment and would recommend this team to anyone looking to have orthodontic work done. You won't be disappointed!
