The best dentist I've ever gone to. Entire staff is very friendly but more importantly very thorough. I've held on to some anxiety due to some really bad dental experiences in the past. I am super grateful I found this place.

So happy to have found this practice. I have major dental anxiety and I have a son with autism. He is not pushy with services and understands when costs are too much to hear. He didn't push to fill baby teeth like 2 other dentists we saw, but did end up removing 2 of the 4 teeth with cavities for my daughter because they weren't budging. All staff has always been helpful and friendly. I have had no issues with getting appointments, even when I need to reschedule.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr Payne and now my husband is switching as well. Staff was thorough as was Dr Payne. Thanks everyone for making my dislike of dentists a thing of the past.

Took over a month to get me in, on the day of my appointment they called to reschedule it. When I finally had my first appointment, I was told I needed a 2 part deep cleaning as well as several fillings which were gonna cost me about $2,000 total. When I was on my way out and tried to schedule the 2 part cleaning, the front office assistant scheduled me for one and seemed to be rushing me out the door. I asked if we should go ahead and schedule the 2nd one as well since it always takes over a month to get an appointment and she seemed to not want to schedule the 2nd one. The entire vibe was weird but I still scheduled both. Some time goes by and my appointment is approaching and I get a phone call AGAIN telling me they need to reschedule my appointment because they're not open on Fridays (why did I get scheduled on a Friday to begin with then?)... At this point I start looking for other dentistries and find one that gets me in for an initial visit the following week (already off to a much better start than Payne's office). I went to my initial visit at the other dentistry and they called Payne's office to send them my bitewing xrays as well as the pano. Payne's office sent the bitewings but not the panos so they called Payne's office again and asked for panos which the front lady told them they did not have. It's crazy because they absolutely had them, they billed my insurance for them. My insurance would not cover a 2nd set of panos so Dr. Gable's(my new and ethical dentist) office ended up having to do a complimentary scan. Not only is Payne's office extremely unprofessional, but refusing to send over my records that they billed insurance for is unethical and illegal. Dr. Gable recommended a booster cleaning which isn't as invasive as a deep one and only recommended one filling and said we would keep an eye on the rest, which will save me a bunch of money. Besides being unprofessional and unethical, it seems that Dr. Payne's office puts money before patient care and customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I will also be reporting this to my insurance company.

I couldn't ask for a better dentist! Dr. Payne and his staff have an extraordinary sense of compassion and respect for their guests. It is obvious that everyone here truly loves what they do. The best thing about this office is the pride they take in their work. Even if they tell you that you may need some additional work done, they tell you with your best interest at heart. I feel 100% comfortable when I'm here and I'm so thankful to have them just a phone call away!

Dr Payne is a kind, professional and I've been pleased with the work he has done for our family. I've had a variety of work done at his office & never felt pressured to have work done by Dr Payne as in some other dentist offices I've checked out. He does educate you so you can prioritize the work that may need to be done which is important to me since I didn't have dental insurance. He is a wonderful dentist!

I went here one time to have a tooth extracted. He wouldnt do it! A simple procedure. Went somewhere else. It took ten minutes. He serves his needs not yours.
