Dr. Lauren Bruce Williams was graduated from dental school at Howard University 1985. He completed his residency in General Dentistry at the University of Maryland College of Dentistry in 1986. In order to better care for his patients, he has done a great deal of post graduate study over the years and is constantly seeking new ways to serve his patients. He has completed several courses with the Shatkin Dental Implant Training Centre and is able to offer mini dental implants as an option for patients who have missing teeth. Dr. Williams has likewise completed training and is able to offer sedation dentistry for his patients who suffer from dental anxiety. He offers a wide variety of services including dental extractions, endodontic therapy, cosmetic dentistry, and tooth replacement.
Spending the first few years of his life in India has, perhaps, helped him to appreciate the value of serving others. There are many aspects of dentistry which he thoroughly enjoys, such as relieving discomfort, preserving our health, allowing us to enjoy eating well, and providing a pleasant appearance.
He started practicing dentistry in Salisbury in 1986 and has remained there ever since. He feels it has been a privilege watching this practice grow and expand. He feels very blessed to have a modern dental facility and to live in this beautiful area.
Dr. Williams is dedicated to providing quality care and has, therefore, decided to keep up with the more advanced technology that is offered by todays dentistry. He is able to provide same day crowns and has a Solea laser available to remove decay and prepare teeth for fillings.
Maddie joined our team in January. She will be graduating in May with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Allegany College of Maryland. Getting to know and build a relationship with each patient is what she enjoys most about what she does. In her free time, Maddie enjoys spending time with her family and friends; she especially enjoys summertime on the boat. She loves Chick-Fil-A and sushi.
Madeline is currently a dental assistant at Dr.Williams Office, but is also in school at Allegany College of Maryland to become a Physical Therapy Assistant. Her favorite part about working in the office is talking to the patients and getting to know them, while also caring for their teeth. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking and kayaking. She also loves traveling, which includes visiting family every year in Alaska. She enjoys learning a little bit more about dentistry each day and will continue to strive for great dentistry and happy smiles.
Alex is a dental assistant; who graduated from the Somerset County Technology Center in May of 2017 with a certificate in dental assisting. In addition, she has her Pennsylvania radiation health and safety license. She joined Dr. Bruce Williams practice in February of 2018. Alexs main goal is to ensure that each patient has the proper care they deserve. She also feels each patient should be treated with kindness and respect. In her free time, Alex enjoys spending time with family, friends and her French bulldog, Bentley. During the summer she enjoys long rides on her motorcycle. Alex has a heart for animals and enjoys the outdoors.
Jessica joined our team in December 2019. She is a graduate of Allegany College of Maryland where she received her Dental Hygiene degree. Jessica is very dedicated to the dental health care profession; undeniably, she strives to make sure all her patients feel comfortable and leave her chair with a positive experience. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her husband, Chance, and their two dogs, Breezy and Brax. They regularly travel and go adventuring outdoors, doing activities like hiking, biking, swimming and snowboarding. With a passion for health and fitness, she also enjoys working out and lifting weights.
Beth Kelley resides in Meyersdale with her husband Steve Kelley. She is a graduate of Meyersdale High School where she studied college preparatory classes. She earned an associate degree from Mount Aloysius college in Early Childhood Education . She worked while earning her degree and taught pre-k for CAPFSC for 20 years. In addition to teaching, she was also a family service specialist helping families in need to find resources for situations such as emotional, financial, state assistance, etc. After leaving the education field she went on to receive an associate degree in Medical Office Billing degree from the Ultimate Medical Academy, which opened the door for her to become employed at Meyersdale Medical center for the next seven years as a Patient Accounting employee. She became of member of the team for Dr. Williams December 4th of 2020 and is our insurance coordinator.
Nicole is a dental assistant; she graduated from the ADA approved dental assisting program at Hiram G. Andrews Center and Commonwealth Technical Institute. She is also nationally certified with DANB in Radiation Health and Safety to expose patients safely to dental radiographs. She has 10 years experience in the dental field, and a background in oral maxillofacial surgery, surgical and mini dental implants. Her favorite part of working in Dr. Williams practice is being able to help make a direct impact in her local community by giving people the confidence to smile. In Nicoles free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Rebecca has been the office manager and treatment plan coordinator for the practice since January 2016. She has been in the dental field for over 30 years. Becki is a DANB certified dental assistant and has experience in filing dental claims and managing patient accounts. Becki feels blessed to be able to call Salisbury her hometown and is excited to be able to help provide quality care for area residents. When she is not helping our patients, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. Her two sons are grown and have families of their own. Becki loves playing with her grandchildren!

This place is the best! I talked to the dentist personally before hand and told him how bad my anxiety is. (Really bad) he got me in and took care of my painful infected molar right away. The dentist seems to be a genuinely good person. They have no idea how much I appreciate all they have done and how kind he and the staff were to me. So much so I am writing this review 6 months after my visit. You guys rock!

First time visit and having lots of anxiety about coming to the dentist, they made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time! They did a great job, both Dr. Williams and the hygienist were very attentive to me and caring. Most definitely will recommend them to other people and will continue coming here myself!

I have the BEST dentist EVER!!! I drive an hour n half to have my teeth taken care of and for EVERY check up. Dr. Williams at L. Bruce Williams Dentistry in Salisbury, PA is a living angel. Over the past decade I've had so many things happen with my teeth & thousands of dollars invested into caring for my smile. Him & his staff are extremely educated & kind human beings. They help educate me on everything I need to know on how to take care of my dental hygiene and how to prevent unwanted teeth nightmares. He has taken my teeth to a whole new level of health, makes me feel like a million dollars and has helped me feel more comfortable about going to the dentist. I don't know what I'd do without his expertise I'm so grateful to have done my research and have found such a top tier dentist that really cares about my teeth the way I do.
