I graduated from Albion College in Michigan where I majored in Biology and received a Bachelors of Arts degree while maintaining a concentration in pre-medicine. I then went on to Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, OH where I earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. Upon graduation I moved to the Cincinnati area and practiced as an associate in a group practice. While there, I broadened my dental scope to include the use of Cad/Cam dentistry, Invisalign, Dermal Fillers, Botox, and hard and soft tissue lasers.
Since then, I have relocated to West Chester where I have been able to fulfill my dream of having my own office. I truly believe you should treat others the way you want to be treated and that is not only my compass in life but my philosophy in dentistry as well. My wish is that my patients feel comfortable in the knowledge that my team and I will provide the very best treatment necessary.
At L.A.N.U. Dental we understand that coming in to any dental office may be a frightening experience and we strive to make you feel at ease. I love to make my patients feel on the outside as beautiful as they feel on the inside. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a patient who used to be embarrassed to smile light up the room because they cannot stop smiling. In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors whether its fishing, golfing, boating, going to a baseball game or just going for a walk. Im also interested in photography and enjoy spending time just relaxing at home with my husband.

As a child years ago I had a dentist who was hateful, sadly I have tried to stay away from dentists all these years. I have to omit I'm still apprehension after all these years but the assistants and doctor go out of the way to make me feel at ease.

Wow. I too can not believe the positive reviews for L.A.N.U dental. I'm guessing they are getting a gift certificate for a positive review. Zero stars is the only appropriate rating. My son was treated by Dr. Nechvatal-Uhelski in Jan 2022 to fill 3 cavities ranging from small to medium. 6 months later my son has now undergone root canals on 2 of the Dr. Nechvatal-Uhelski filled teeth. The new attending dentist described the fillings as "incomplete, unsealed, cracked and unprofessional" which had allowed material back into the "repaired" tooth causing further decay and a massive abscess. There is no pain quite like an abscessed tooth resultant from derelict care. Thanks Dr. Nechvatal. PLEASE please please everyone...do your research in search of other dentists and stay away from Dr. Nechvatal-Uhelski and LANU dental for your own health and safety.

Hygienist was great. Had an issue with the lady at the front desk. She didn't appear to have all the payment information and became defensive. Made may wife and I uncomfortable.

Everyone is very kind and courteous. Both of the hygienists that have cleaned my teeth for me have listened to concerns and given good advice. The front desk is helpful and makes appointments convenient. I have needed two emergency crowns and both times, she was able to get me in to see the dentist the next day. She coordinated with the oral surgeons, not just handing me a list of phone numbers to call. I appreciate seeing the same dentist each time I have work done. I love being able to have the crowns put on in one visit. She has been my dentist since October and I very much appreciate everyone who works in this office.

I love going to this dentist! Everything seems pristinely clean always and their staff there is very professional and I don't see any drama and trauma going on there. The dental hygienist is very gentle, kind and accommodating as is everyone that I've come in contact with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work. Thanks to all of them!

I've been going to LANU Dental for eight years and they never disappoint. Dr Nechvatal and her entire staff provide a very friendly and comfortable environment. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

I have had good experience from this provider. My only complaint is they suggest service and then greatly under estimate the out of pocket payment that you will end up having to pay. Update: 4/12/22 I received a bill from them in November for my last cleaning in the amount of $206. I was pretty much done with them and I called them for a better understanding. The Dr. called me back and left a voicemail saying they had failed to submit to insurance. I just looked at the claim and the amount they submitted to insurance totaled $126. I have no idea what the difference between $206 they tried to bill me and the $126 they submitted to insurance is explained. I just received an updated bill and it includes a $50 no show charge. I clearly cancelled the appt in advance but now they want me to provide PROOF of cancellation. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this dentist.

I absolutely love the staff!! Everyone was so sweet and happy! This is the environment I strive in, I honestly wanted to work there myself lol!! Anyway everyone is wonderful, this is the place to be especially getting those teeth fixed and clean! You want it to be comfortable and friendly!
