This dental clinic is a nightmare.Every now and then they will change people admin and policies.Me and my daughter had been here 2018 and 2019 until now they are not yet done with our braces. Before we don't have contract. All you have to do is visit and pay $70.00. Now they charge a lot, no show fee $30, cancellation fee $30, and if you pay debit card there is a 3% add on.New admin personnel doesn't know the history of every patient since they are new particularly Andrea who gave me a hard time accommodating my daughter. I need to talk to the Management so I can tell every bad experience me and my daughter had with these people( LA Dental clinic). Lastly,I have 2 contracts,1 is from a male personnel who ask me to follow him in the room and open my account in his desk top. He said me and my daughter is only paying $3,500 each now it went up to $5K each. So everything is confusing and messed up.I had another experience that they ask me and my daughter to go back next day which is Saturday coz my 4pm Friday appointment is full and they cannot accommodate us. Imagine they wasted our time.And also we have got infected with covid virus and cannot come but we called the clinic and said we should informed them 48hours to avoid $30 penalty fee. I am totally stress ,frustrated and disappointed with your company. No starts for me even 1.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. After I had a brace consultation here and decided to go with it, I was asked for a deposit of $1500. On the visit I made the deposit, I was told that the next time they contact me the aligners will be ready. But 2 weeks later I get a phone call saying that I need to either make a full payment in advance or enroll in a financing service they are offering in order to proceed with the braces. What was the point of making deposit then?? This and the fact that they are making doctors do the money talk, instead of the receptionist at the front desk, made me lose my confidence with this office. The few consultations I had were mostly about the payment, rather than going over how we were going to approach with the alignment. Also to note: 1. Parking is very difficult; it is either the $12 building parking lot, or 1 hour limit metered street curb. No validation. 2. You have to put in your SSN every time you visit, which can't be safe. 3. Existing patients can't make a direct phone call to the office; You have to send them a text or e-mail first, then wait for them to give you call, while a new patient can talk to a representative freely. They charged me hefty cancelation fee while absolutely no work has been done. The only services I received were 2 consultations, which again were mostly about payments. I was only able to get small portion of the deposit back. If you need braces, please seek elsewhere. Look through the "positive" 5 star reviews. You should be able tell that they are using similar photos over and over again with their fake reviews. That's lousy job, just like their practices.

This is hands down the best orthodontics in the city they really help and care for you're teeth. They do this by being brutally honest if you're not flossing enough or if you need x-rays but it's for your own good! I'd recommend coming for the great service by Andrea and Vanessa !

I'm so glad to have Amanda's contact a couple of years ago when I needed to fix an issue and enjoyed to do a lightening since her pricing is unbeatable and I got in LOVE with her staff and care with all aspects. I highly recommend LA Dental Braces and now my son is on his braces maintenance The Best!
