First visit went fine. Second visit however I got a call to reschedule it for a month later which was fine until I showed up and no one would answer the doors even though their cars were there including the dentist. Doors were locked won't answer phone calls. Left a voicemail asking for them to call me and reschedule. No call. So I finally call to reschedule a week after my voicemail and they say it'll be 2 months before I can get in again for his mistake! Bye bye finding new dentist

I love everything about Dr. Kirkland practice, been there for years but as the lady that handles Dr. Kirkland finance statements and such through the dentistry is either doing something wrong with who owes them and taking money that doesn't need to be paid from people. The audacity of that lady to tell me that she's going to overwrite a balance that she said I owed, which there shouldn't be a balance based off of my insurance and what I know what to pay and what not to pay. She didn't want to hear me out or declined me from talking to Kirkland because he said for her to handle it, so that's telling me he didn't care of what I had to say and to show him on a statement that was mailed to me. I'm very upset with them and she is very unprofessional on how she talked to me and then hung up on after the fact that she said, " I'll overwrite it and you no longer can come back". WOW is all I have to say. It seemed she was in a hurry to overwrite the statement she sent me when I made a big fuse about it and then told me to go somewhere else, even though she was wrong. All I have to say is she got caught doing something wrong and practically through the "amount" that I owed out and told me to go find somewhere else and they will tell me the same thing. Unpredictable people in this world. God bless the people that work there, that's all I have to say about that.

if there can be a truly good dental experience then this is it...have been a patient of Dr.Kirklands for many years and have always found him to be an extremely capable and caring dentist...Lori is especially competent and the rest of the staff is as well...cannot exactly say that i would go there for fun but nearly would...rk
