Dr. Long numbed the wrong side of my mouth to fix a filling and was going to numb me again without explaining his mistake or apologizing. I'm the one who had to ask what was going on. The actual procedure took like 5 minutes, and the whole numbing debacle took about 30 minutes. I also wish he were the type of dentist who tells you what he's doing along the way. He doesn't explain much. I wasn't even sure which tooth he was going to fix. I appreciate when dentists are encouraging and keep you posted on what to expect, which Dr. Long doesn't do. I like the staff here, but I don't think Dr. Long's style is a fit for me.

My visits to Kyle Long dentist office are always good : from the front desk to cleaning and dentist , everyone is knowledgeable and very kind . I am very happy to have them as my dental health providers

Dr Long is a caring , professional dentist . He walks you through step by step as to what to expect whatever dental issue you may have . I strongly recommend that what ever your dental issue might be small large ... he candle it !

Years ago, my friends referred me to Dr. Long when I was in need of immediate attention. Without hesitation, he made time to see me and perform a root canal. Because of his kind and professional manner and the great staff there, I remain a loyal patient even though there are hundreds of other dentists closer to where I live. A 20-mile drive is worth it for the excellent care!

I have been going to Dr Long for 25 years. He is not only excellent at what he does, but he is friendly, kind and compassionate. He is a great family dentist and far superior than all the "dental chains" that are popping up everywhere. Highly recommended!
