Totally unprofessional, will find a reason to replace whatever your prior dentist did. He wants to replace crowns, cracked teeth. Be sure to get a second opinon. Be sure to check his credentials and check out complaints with BBB. Just saying.

I have been seeing Dr. Kwon for many years and he is the best. I had a couple dentists before him that I would not recommend but Dr. Kwon is wonderful. I have my son, daughter & grandsons seeing him. I have recommended him to others also. I can't say enough about him other than I would never go to another dentist.

I have been seeing Dr. Kwon for many years and really liked him. Sadly, I had to walk out of his office today to avoid putting myself at risk for COVID-19. I was stunned to see a lobby with no changes at all. So many places have re-arranged to allow some social distancing and have signage encouraging masks and extra cleaning efforts. Not here. And worse - neither Dr. Kwon nor the receptionist were wearing masks! A patient from the back came out, and although she was masked, she was leaning all over the receptionist's counter. Then a new patient walks in without a mask. Thankfully, the always professional hygienist was masked. But by the time she came out and called me, I'd witnessed too much - including Dr. Kwon coming back into the lobby unmasked. AND I had a patient sitting on either side of me just one chair away. There is no way I was going to subject myself to him breathing over me while I had my mouth wide open (even he were to finally mask up). I wasn't even comfortable that they took extra precautions with cleaning after droplets get sprayed all over the exam room. I was there for severe pain but, given I could find better protection for myself at a fast food joint, I told them I was uncomfortable and had to leave. I nicely explained why and Dr. Kwon simply said "okay, fine". He looked genuinely surprised. This is a tiny office and he is surprised that someone expects to see them masked - knowing at some point all patients remove theirs? I am so disappointed in Dr. Kwon. He is a nice guy and I don't like leaving a bad review but there is a pandemic going on. I will not be returning.

I have a lot of dental issues and have been seeing Dr. Kwon for several years. He does high quality work and is speedy. Let's face it -- we all want to get out of that chair asap. I highly recommend him.

It's taken me a while to write this review because I think the dentist "tries". However, my last visit to his office has bothered me enough that I think it's important enough to post this review. I was having trouble with a night guard that I received from my previous dentist. I explained the issues I was having to Dr. Kwon and he suggested I switch from a bottom-deck night-guard to a top-deck. I am in school full time and I purposefully function on a tight budget. However, I thought the $280 investment would be worth it based on the dentist's advice. The fitting of the guard was done by a junior staff member and I think she was just learning how to do the fittings. I didn't think that part was done right but I rolled with the process. When the guard came back from being molded, it did not fit well at all. In fact, it hurt more than the first guard. I brought this to the dentist's attention and was told to schedule a visit. During this visit the dentist listened to my concerns, then took the guard to another room. I think this was to give me the impression he was adjusting the guard. When he came back he asked "how's that". I still felt pain and stated as such; I don't think he actually did a thing to the guard. He said it would take time for me to adjust. I tried the guard for two weeks straight and suffered through some serious pain. I did not adjust and I truly think he didn't make any adjustments to the guard. Honestly, I think the entire molding process should have been done all over. I am still searching for a new dentists, but I am stuck with a pricey night guard that is absolutely useless to me. I think he may have too many customers to provide adequate time and attention to each customer. So if you are looking for quality over $, go somewhere else. That's my two cents!

I've seen Dr. Kwon since 2002. I had a broken tooth and the dentist I was seeing couldn't see me right away. A co-worker of mine recommended Dr. Kwon and he fit me in within 24 hours. I've been going ever since. He's friendly, has a great sense of humor, and he and his staff take great care of you.

Dr.Kwon is not only a dentist, he is a magician! He has great hand skills and a great sense of humor. His receptionist and dental assistant were both cheerful and helpful. He is a dentist who gives you the local anesthesia without feeling the pinprick. He extracted my residual tooth parts in 10 seconds. Thank you doctor Kwon, you are the best! Dr.Salam K.Jawad,M.D.
