My child hates the dentist, but this visit she actually enjoyed it thanks to Ms Andrea. She was absolutely amazing and helped my child relax and enjoy herself. The other staff was friendly and patient and I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

I love coming to Dr Kwon office, 1st it's very clean and the ladies upfront Shalatta, Jacky, Astrid, Rebecca are very nice and professional. They are patient and kind to our children, They always have a beautiful smile on their beautiful faces even when we are late. I appreciate the sacrifices to be there for our families in times like these. Thank you to you all, God bless and stay safe.

I cannot say enough about how great they are here. The Decour and everything is children oriented, and that's easy for anyone to do, but the staff is so accommodating and easy-going. I have a four-year-old who is great for cleanings but had my first experience with a complete meltdown today during a cavity fill. They worked with me to find another way to complete the procedure in order to lessen the trauma of the experience. The doctor was amazing and made it clear that he had gotten into pediatric dentistry in order to keep kids from having a lifelong aversion to the dentist. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Never have to wait, they do a thorough job and friendly staff! Everything had been good at this practice until the last year. We have good insurance and picked Kwon's because it was in network. Starting last December is when we started having to pay huge bills and when investigating, it's because they no longer have you see an in-network provider. There are plenty of in-network providers that work there but I have no idea who they schedule us to see and it's become apparent, they will always schedule you with someone not in network so you pay huge bills and they get more money this way. SO BEWARE!!!!!!!

Unfortunately my original review no longer applies and things have changed there... not for the better. We actually changed dentists. It's almost become like a factory setting - they see a different dentist and a different hygienist every time. There are tons of kids all churning in and out like they're on an assembly line. On our last trip there, we had rushed x-rays, followed by a rushed cleaning, and a dentist I had never met before came out and started explaining all of these potential issues that had to be fixed and they suggested the most extreme and expensive procedure with no other options. Also I wouldn't have been able to go back with my child during the procedure, which I understand from a certain aspect, but there should at least be a way for me to see what is going on (it's not like surgery in a sterile room - I know they have windows). We ended up getting a second opinion and changed practices completely. When we got the second opinion, the extreme option wasn't even presented and they went with a much more reasonable approach (and less expensive). Also, with our new dentist I'm always able to be in the room and see everything going on, and we have the same dentist each time (and the same rotating 2 hygienists who know and talk to my kids so sweetly each time we go in). Unfortunately for Kwon Pediatric Dentistry, the personal feel is just gone and it feels like a money-generating factory for teeth, which I really hate because they used to be wonderful. I hope they can get back to personalized patient care for the kids sake. Original review: Absolutely fantastic. We've always had great experiences here and when my kiddos had to have some work done, it was no different. Everyone here is SO great with the little ones!

I had given them 5 stars but after three visits with my son. I felt like they didn't listen to my concerns barely even brush his teeth not even a full cleaning. The receptionist is rude and again didn't listen to my request about scheduling. I will be looking for another dentist

If you care about your kids dont bring them here. Big waste of time. Not recommend this doctor. He wont even try all he says is that he cant do anything and to go somewhere else. His own recommendation is to go somewhere else.

Amazing care! Me and my 3yr old are very pleased with the service. The dental assistant took her time to calm my son down after getting scared with the power brush. She was very patient and made him feel safe and comfortable. The Dr. answered all my questions and concerns and was also very patient with my son. We both left very happy and he still asks me to go back to "brush his teeth at the cool office". We're definitely coming back!
