My kids experience at Kwon Pediatric Dentistry in Flowery Branch, Georgia was just amazing. The front desk staff and waiting area are very welcoming. I was surprised that my youngest 4 and 3 were not afraid, like when they go for their annual check-up. My oldest, 6, was excited and liked all the dental assistants that helped especially Mrs. Stefani her hygienist that day. I'm very happy we made the choice to go with Kwon Pediatric Dentistry.

Update//edit- The doctor called me and apologized. Explained that I was likely talking to a new employee who was not quite sure how to handle my specific request. I understand and I feel that the doctor was sincere in her apology. We will remain customers and the doctor is working her into the schedule in a timely manner. Very much appreciated! We have been an established patient of this office for over a year now. I personally haven't had a problem until now, but have seen many unhappy customers in the waiting room. I called to reschedule my child's cleaning (which is a little over a week away) due to a memorial we will have to attend, and the SOONEST they can get my child in is JANUARY! That puts her at almost a year since her last cleaning. She also has extensive dental work/braces, silver crowns, etc. and needs to be seen for a cleaning sooner than the next 4 months! That time period is absurd and you should not take on too many clients if you can't handle your existing ones in a timely manner. I don't expect to have an appointment next week, but 4 MONTHS is a long time to wait for a reschedule when you can only schedule a cleaning every 6 months anyways. And to top it off, whoever I was speaking to on the phone was not helpful AT ALL and could have cared less about the predicament that this time period puts us in. Rude and not helpful. We are actively seeking a new dental office that can hopefully get us in a bit sooner.

STAFF NICE VERY Only thing I do not like is they do not let the parents go back with them at all My child got do nervous before having so work done that he started crying to the point. She would not do the work on his teeth. They could fix that problem if they would let a parent go back with them

The care my children receive is definitely 5 stars BUT I despise this new policy of auto scheduling the next 6 month appointment. I should get a text or email as soon as it scheduled, but they choose not to send it. I have to call to find out when it is. There's no reasonable explanation as to why we can't leave the appointment knowing when the next appointment is scheduled.

My 6 year old son had an appointment today, I had spoken to the front when making his appointment about my sons special needs. They assured me an adult would be able to go back with him. My dad took him to his appointment and they would not allow him to go back with my son. I'm extremely upset and will not be taking him back here
