Always friendly, patient, and kind. My curious kid asks 100000 questions and everyone answers them with a smile. We wouldn't go any where else!

First visit: I understand this is a large practice but for your first time visiting with a child it should be more welcoming. Front desk receptionist was very nice. But to be my first time with a child it just seemed like I was another person that was in the way. I was called back and then told to wait in near a dentist chair area which was divided by a glass wall where another child was getting his teeth cleaned. The room I was supposed to go in had the door open with a child and parent in there. When they were done it was wiped down and then I was told to step in. I was told since my child is so young that it will just be an exam. A hygienist came in and said they were going to do a cleaning which I was really confused about and then someone came in and said no they are getting an exam done. Then dentist came in was nice but short and didn't even ask if I had any questions although I asked them anyway. It was very informal and they continued to talk behind my back as I sat in the chair with my son. The person who came in to our flourish on my sons teeth was very nice. Although everyone was nice it just felt rushed and informal. Second visit review: My son's second visit was almost like the first visit. I was not impressed. Once we were called to come back, the worker told me what would transpire during my son's appointment before we headed back to the room. Once we got back to the room I was told a doctor would come in and look at his teeth. Another person came in and I was told their name but was not sure their purpose in the room. The person stated the doctor would be in soon. The doctor came in and introduced himself, went over some routine information about dental hygiene. After that he examined my son's teeth and applied some fluoride. Once that was done he asked if I had any questions and I did not. Don't know what the Dentist looks for when examining a 21 month old's teeth but would have liked to know what they look for. Yes, I know maybe I should have asked but I feel like the dentist should have explained that one. Once exam was over I was lead out to the waiting room and was told my son's appointment would be scheduled for 6 months out. I wanted a card so I could have it on hand and mentioned that. The person then led me to the desk to get one. I also did not receive a baggie for dental hygiene like they are supposed to give you at the end of your visit. I mentioned it and the hygienist went to go get me one. Seems to me that they hire very young individuals that have their heads in the clouds or are just ready for their next appointment. They are either polite or just to the point without expression or care. It's just way too busy in there for a visit to be personal/matter.

Will be finding a new kids dentist. They are still requiring masks for parents who have to come back and sit with their kids while they get their teeth cleaned. No requirement in the lobby were everyone is intermingling. Makes no sense at all. I guess cov!d can only be spread in the teeth cleaning area but not in the lobby.... can't come to a place where common sense is non-existent.

I do NOT recommend the Hamilton Mill location. The staff and doctors are rude and unprofessional. I requested to have the dentist who spoke with my daughter to call me. Instead, I received a call from someone posing as the dentist who spoke to my child. I asked him specific questions about my child's experience. The person's responses clearly indicated he never saw or spoke with my child. This is unacceptable. The staff at the Braselton location does not have integrity, is deceitful, rude and not compassionate towards their patients and their patient's families.

The staff was fast and friendly. The dentist was knowledgeable. They even have a play house. My 2 year old die not cry, he was very excited about it because the hygienist spent time to make it fun. But super service and we were out of there in 30 mins.

The hygienist was very rough, made my gums bleed, I have braces, not sure of she was familiar with Cleaning teeth with braces. She wasn't paying attention to her work she was talking with her coworkers. But overall I like Dr Kwon, and the staff,I've been a patient for 5 yrs

TERRIBLE PRACTICE AND WORK ETHIC!!! My son has been a patient of Dr. Kwon since 2020. The practice went through an ownership change, since then the office has gone DOWNHILL. You will not be treated with individualized care. You will feel as ...

Horrible customer service and every worker that handles insurance claims is completely incompetent. I showed up 10 minutes prior to my daughter's appointment. I made sure they had my new insurance card information from 2 months prior when I brought my other daughter. Of course they never updated it so we sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes until we were seen. The nurse then took forever with everything and said it was because I was late. I reminded her that I was early for her appointment and it's not my fault her coworkers don't know how to update the insurance information. After we were done they said I owed $230 but that is not correct because my insurance covers everything. They said it did not and we had a short argument. I told them I'm not paying and they will have to send me a bill after the insurance company pays their portion. They said that is not possible and we have to pay now. I paid it and have been following up for over 2 months now. They still have not filed this claim with our insurance company properly. You cannot call anyone in billing. You can only email one person. We are still trying to get reimbursed for the last visit and we have already made new appointments for our daughters with other providers. Kwon Pediatric is full of incompetent employees that have no idea had to file claims with insurance companies. I would avoid this place all all costs.

Overall great experience, minus 1 star for the attitude given when questioning the itemized bill on what the insurance covered and what not before signing off the approval.

Normally have really good luck herr and am happy. But not after today. Absolute trash scheduling. My son had a broken tooth and said they needed to sedate him to extract it. They scheduled him for surgery today. Somehow the schedule got mixed up and they couldn't perform his scheduled Surgery And said they were booked out all the way till January and that's when they could schedule him. This place is a joke and a complete waste of my time and schedule.

Dear parents, if you go to this clinic take care of your little ones the doctor is good but my last visit here I had a bad experience with the staff with the x rays people this person spoke to my kids badly(4-year-old daughter) shew was very rude and even because of her rudeness she hit my daughter several times with the machine when they took her x-rays I am not saying that you should not go here just accompany your children everywhere and not be so passive like me.. I hope that the staff sees this and take the attention of these people since it is horrible that you work with children and do not have love and patience..

Totally gone down hill. Yesterday was our last time giving them a chance. They were so OVERBOOKED. Folks were standing AND sitting on the FLOOR in the waiting room. Both of my kids had 3:00 cleaning appts. that I had scheduled MONTHS ago! We got there at 2:45...we went back right at 3:00....we sat back in ONE dental chair until 3:20....NO ONE...not 1 person came back...we just walked out...techs standing around talking..on phones...they were going to I guess try & do 1 kid & then do the next....trying to keep me there 2 hours? No thanks! They tried to talk us into getting X-rays NOT COVERED by insurance. They even said "yeah, they won't be covered by insurance though...."as she was walking us back....We just had them done 6 months ago...insurance only covers 1x a year. I've never been asked this! Clearly they are being told to try & "upsell"... Last visit, they scheduled my child's cleaning 2 days before the 6 month point that would have been covered by insurance..they made me pay 100% OUT OF POCKET. Not 1 apology! When I was explaining to a friend..she was like "oh yeah...Kwon used to be THE place to go but now is just so awful...we left a few years ago!" Well, we are now are gone too.
