Even before graduating from dental school at the University of Washington, I knew I wanted to be a part of a small family focused practice. I began my dental career here in Kent in 2003 and quickly found it to be exactly what I was hoping for. I moved to Washington after graduating high school in 1994 and fell in love with the area. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, wandering trails, and camping.
In 2000, I graduated from Pierce College as a Registered Dental Hygienist. I began working in this office later that year. I have been living in Burien with my husband, Mark, for the last 30 years. In our spare time, we like camping, going to the beach, and cheering on the Seahawks.
I am a simple mom of 3 wonderful children and a wife of a talented but humble man. I enjoy painting, singing and eating. I also love animals, nature and I often catch myself studying people's facial expressions. Prior to my dental journey, I invested much of my time in creative and social types of work. I also operated a part time photography hobby/business for 14 years and enjoyed creating and cultivating relationships with some awesome individuals and families that still say hi to me, from time to time. I was also an On-Call Interpreter for 20+years.
Today, as I learn new technical skills in the dental field, I can't help but admire the science, technology and art that surrounds this industry. I am in awe! I am truly pleased to be a part of the Allison Kutz DDS family.

Dr.Kutz Allison is very knowledgeable and direct honesty at best. Fast and low cost . Will not do any more than you need . That alone sets the record at high.Shes trusted by me and all my family's experiences.

Every one is nice and very kind. Dr Kutz takes time to listen to you, and she is very flexible with the schedule. Best dentist I have been in Kent!!!! Such a nice experience.

Very caring dentist. She takes the time to listen, and values your opinions on the procedures. Very pleasant personality. She will explain everything in detail. I had a difficult situation and she made me feel comfortable and involved. The office staff is very kind and welcoming. I fully trust her in every aspect of my dental care. 100%.

Dr Kutz has been my dentist since the time she started her practice. It has been my experience that she is highly ethical, competent and price conscious. I recommend her to anyone seeking general dental care in and around Kent.

So it's time to find a dentist- look no further. Dr. Allison Kutz and her staff are the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with!!! I promise promise promise you will not regret it if you make an appointment. I walked in the door and was greeted with a warm smile. They went above and beyond to make me feelcomfortable and calm, which is super important because I have a little bit of "doctor anxiety". I was not rushed and was able to ask as many questions as I needed to fully understand what was going on with my dental health. Both the doctor and staff are very knowledgeable!!! I was able to make my appointment /do follow up work within a reasonable time frame. And, after the procedure Dr. Kutz phoned me the next day, personally, to see how I was doing. She is very sweet, thoughtful, and meticulous! Side note- I really appreciate how small the clinic is as it did not smell like chemicals, nor did I hear 5 roaring drills. Sweet!! I am so happy to have found this WONDERFUL PLACE... which is a little strange to say for a dentist but it is so true. :)
