Since 1988, Dr. Kurt Kavanaugh has been successful in offering the highest quality services. As your orthodontist, Dr. Kurt will explain how orthodontic treatment can provide life-long benefits, boost individual confidence and self-esteem, and promote better oral health. He uses the latest in advanced orthodontic technology and sterilization methods, and achieves outstanding orthodontic results.

Dr. Kurt is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City, where he received his dental degree in 1986. He received his Masters degree and Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Minnesota in 1988. In 1996, UMKC School of Dentistry named Dr. Kurt its Young Alumnus of the Year.

He gives back to the community by volunteering his time with the Childrens Center for the Visually Impaired and the Smiles Change Lives program. He and his wife of32 years, Stephanie, have three children Tyler, Matthew and Molly.

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We treat patients like family and put your needs first to achieve efficient, comprehensive treatment. We all have worked together, from 4 years to 34 years, and enjoy what we do. Our staff is trained, skilled and strives to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a Registered Assistant, and our office staff has years of experience treating patients with the highest level of care. We attend numerous meetings, ranging from the American Association of Orthodontists annual meeting to orthodontic office retreats with offices from around the country to software training seminars, to stay current with the latest advancements in the field of orthodontics.
