Very welcoming, professional and polite. Angie and Dr Jensen were awesom and comforting, it was a 0 pain experience. 1 wisdom and 2 others removed Thank you!

I am not one to do reviews, but my experience was so good, I want to share with others. As with most people, I was apprehensive about the procedure. I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Jensen. From the time of making the appointment until the end of the procedure, the experience was great, The office staff was very friendly and caring. Much to my surprise, Dr. Jensen called me that evening to see how I was doing and if I had any pain. I could not be more happy with my choice to use this office and would recommend to anyone.

Wish that I could give zero stars. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever been a part of. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed, had dry sockets but was told that it was impossible to get them until 8 days after surgery. He then begged for the doctor to see him, all while missing 3 extra days of work because of the pain. What do you know, dry sockets. Now a month later he can't open his mouth, called to make appointment and they were going to make him wait until tomorrow afternoon. I called and said they need to see him today and they got him in. He has an infection in his jaw and the reason is probably because when they repacked his dry sockets, they never cleaned the holes before repacking. Super unprofessional and dangerous establishment. Do not go here if you can help it. Update: My husband was scheduled a follow-up appointment, where Dr. Jensen interrogated him about my bad review on google. He accused me of lying about his experience and said I was trying to conceal my identity because my google account is set under my maiden name. The most insane thing I've ever heard of a "professional" doing.

Part 2 I was packed about 4 different times for my dry sockets over the next couple of weeks until they are good enough to be left to the healing process. Over the course of the next week I develop an infection at the back-right side of my throat and develop TMJ in my jaw to the point where I can only open my mouth about an inch to an inch and a half. So, I schedule another appointment to have this checked out by Dr. Jensen specifically, and he diagnosis the infection and does nothing, nor gives any advice on what to do with my jaw issue. He prescribes antibiotics and sends me on my way. 2 days later and my jaw is getting worse and my infection is to the point where I can barely swallow water so I come back in for another appointment with Dr. Hawkins since Dr. Jensen was not working that day. Now, Dr. Hawkins was very thorough and reassured me that taking the antibiotics is what I need to keep doing but also goes over my jaw pain with me instead of looking in my mouth for 2 minutes and sending me on my way. She prescribed me muscle relaxers and showed me stretches for loosening my jaw. Dr. Hawkins set me a follow up appointment for the following Thursday (Today) for Dr. Jensen to check me out on last time, which I now know was a way to basically have Dr. Jensen confront me about the negative review my wife left on google. Dr. Jensen checks my mouth for a minute and before leaving states "I was surprised you showed up here today after the review your wife left us." Then he went on to accuse her of blatantly lying about the things that have happened when in reality she didn't even post half of other things that had happened. The one thing that is potentially wrong that she wrote was that this infection came from the fact that my dry sockets were not irrigated the last 2 times when swapping out dressings. Dr. Jensen stated that they only do it the first time they pack the area. So that is on us for not knowing that information and I apologize. However, when I brought up that fact that one of his receptionists told me that it was impossible to get a dry socket before day 8 or 9 (Ironically a blatant lie), I was met with a "They didn't do that" and when I pressed that fact he told me he would address it.

I was very nervous walking in to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I had never been under anesthesia or had any dental work done to this caliber. Right away the staff put a smile on my face and made me feel comfortable. When I got to the back room, it was explained to me in calming detail what was going happen. I couldn't have asked for a better experience My only regret is I don't have more wisdom teeth to be able to visit again

Doctor Jensen was very nice, unfortunately their phone service is not the best as far as people picking up the phones, I've left a few voice mails and finally got called back prior to one week of surgery. Also the receptionist who answers the phone I believe it's Johnathan is not as friendly, cuts me off a few times before I can even finish what I needed to say or ask. Seems like it's an annoyance for patients to call the office to find out information. I would recommend the doctor but be hesitant towards the receptionists.

The best possible experience I could've asked for. I have delayed getting my wisdom teeth out for years and I'm so glad I decided to finally get them removed. Dr Jensen was phenomenal. His staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. They explained everything in great detail. I would give them 20 stars if I could. Thanks again! His office and staff are the best of the best. Hillary

My dentist refered my daughter to Dr. Jensen's office for a surgery procedure. I called the office and asked to set up an appointment. The receptionist Janet, had really a bad attitude from the start. Such a rude person. Since they use general anesthesia even for pulling teeth, I was worried if that had any risks. To my surprise Janet got upset and angry just because I asked the question. Then I asked if I would have the chance to speak with Dr. Jensen before the procedure to make sure that everything was safe, after all it is a surgery under general anesthesia. To my surprise Janet responds that Dr. Jensen does not have time for that because he is busy. Well, even the car mechanics will speak with you about your car before they repair it, but this is not deemed necessary for surgery at Dr Jensen's office! The only way actually you would be able to speak with Dr. Jensen is if you pay for a separate visit according to Janet. Isn't paying for surgery enough for Dr. Jensen to spend a few minutes with a patient before surgery? That fact alone tells me how much they actually care about their patients. I don't know Dr. Jensen, but the experience I had with his receptionist Janet, tell's me lot about him and his business. I would be very surprised if Dr Jensen is not aware of what's going on in his office. I am writing this because I don't want other patients to have a similar experience with Dr. Jensen's office and be treated with disrespect like I was. Ask around and find a doctor that actually cares about your health and addresses your concerns as a patient properly.
