This dentist office is so clean, well lit and nice. They're knowledgeable about teeth and always talk you through what needs to be done. My sister referred me here and I have been going for years.

Dr Anna Kupchik is the best dentist I've ever been to. Sometimes going to a Dentist can be embarrassing. She and her staff make you feel at ease, no judgement. While you're in the chair they do everything to make sure you are comfortable. Great experience every time. Most importantly they fixed my smile so I am forever grateful.

Dr. Kupchic and staff are great! This practice is the best I've been to and they take my insurance...LOL. I love good bedside manner and Dr. Kupchik not only is kind and compassionate she also has a wonderful sense of humor.

I had a noble alloy crown placed at Kupchik Dental. The experience was the best I ever had with similar problem. Dr. Kupchik was very attentive and helpful, the office was open on evening hours, which is excellent. The work I needed was very complex, and Dr. Kupchik and staff handled it with ease! This dental office is high-tech and modern, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this dentist if you want quality work with no pain. The prices are not bad, too. I will definitely be coming back and bring my kids.

I had an appointment a week ago I was rescheduled at the last minute for 4:30 to a 4:15 appointment it doesn't sound like a big difference but I am coming from the South Bronx from work so traffic is an issue 4:30 or above will be great.There was nothing available after 4:30 this whole week and next week as she said. I'm rescheduled for today March 18 at 2 PM, which I told her via phone I will leave work early to be there for that appointment. Today, I left work two hours early from work and will not get paid for them and also hired a baby sitter to watch my children during this time. Once I arrive I was asked to have a seat. I waited in the waiting area for about 10 minutes and the lady that scheduled my appointments arrived she said I do not have an appointment today at first and she asked a nice lady sitting next to her to pull up the schedule. Then magically I appeared for 3:45pm. She said your appointment is scheduled to 3:45pm and said you will have to come back I reminded her that my appointment is scheduled for 2:00pm not 3:45pm.All she kept saying is I'm sorry over and over again and there is nothing she can do. Instead of making it right and squeezing me in at 2o'clock like scheduled or close to it. I am watching other people go in on my appointment time. This is her error not mines. She wanted me to come back at 3:45pm which was impossible for me due to childcare. If she changed it from 2o'clock to 3:45 she should of at least given me a phone call and told me instead of scheduling me at 3:45pm. This is not the first time with the same lady a scheduling issue has occurred within a month. As I was waiting for my xrays to be emailed to me a female came in for her 2:15pm appointment she told her she doesn't have an appointment and mentioned she left her voicemails and I didn't get one rescheduling phone call, she tried to reschedule her also for "3:45pm" lol. Now, that I have parted ways with this company as of today. I luckily saved myself from a $3000 procedure I was going to have after this cleaning but its okay it will be in another dentistry's pocket. Note: my rating is based on the person that does the scheduling which sits in the third seat from the entrance door. The other receptionists are very nice and focused on their work and also the doctor is very nice as well. It's just the receptionist that she has working that's going to ruin her whole career and loss her a lot of money. Her retirement is necessary.
