be prepared to sit and wait a half hour or so past your scheduled appointment time. The two doctors and most of the ladies there are very kind, but lately I've been getting stuck with the assistants who like to pinch your lips and jab your gums without any care whilst they work.

This place is absolutely awful. If it was possible to take stars away from them, I'd give them a review of -3 stars. The way they treat people (including children) is disgusting. They're rude, classless and arrogant.

The dentists here are wonderful educators! They don't just do the work, but they thoroughly explain the process and make sure that you are comfortable with it before just signing you up and sending you a bill. It is very apparent that they enjoy the work that they do because it radiates in how well they treat their patients! Would definitely recommend them.

Staff is rude. Orthodontist Kulkarni is EXTREMELY rude. He treats women like we are trash walking the Earth. I have never been treated so poorly. The orthodontists don't know how to speak to children and they are very condescending. Zero stars. Highly don't recommend.

First off, I disagree with a lot of the reviews, Dr. Kulkarni was wonderful. He did an exceptional job on my daughters braces and made her feel comfortable and relaxed in the office. She is a very nervous person and has high anxiety. The office staff however are rude and tend to ignore you while they are having a conversation.

I will not recommend Dr.Kulkarni. 1. We committed as he is in Mason. Once paid he stopped his services in Mason and I have to drive all the way to springboro. Rescheduling was not easy, no appointments after 3:30pm Mon to Fri and no appointments on Saturday. 2. His treatment caused trigeminal nerve issue and he argued that dental procedures do not cause those issue. I have to stop his service in the middle.

I honestly wish I could give this practice 0 stars, not because of the doctors in this practice but because of their staff/billing. It is just terrible. Billing does not submit claims as they should, I have been trying to get this resolved with their office for almost a year! Unreal how the staff at this office treats people. We are now transitioning to a new orthodontist. My advice to you would be to save yourself the hassle and AVOID this practice. Find a more reputable place like Lunt Orthodontics or Sprowls Orthodontics.

Two of our kids are already patients and we are getting the younger two ready! Dr. Kulkarni and his staff are without equal. I can't imagine going anywhere else! I'd give 7 stars if I could! He's provided the best care to our family. He knows all our kids by name, even the ones that AREN'T patients! Kind, courteous, caring.....set your appointment today.

I go to Kulkarni's Orthodontics approximately every month to check up on my braces, of which they have done a very good job! Although it is still a work in progress, the said progress has been progressing very well, and my teeth are far straighter than they were prior to going to Kulkarni. The workers are very nice and are great at keeping up with your progress. My only critique is, during pre-covid the wait was relatively long. My longest wait in the waiting room was probably maxed out at around 30 minutes, and then once you were called back, there would be nobody to attend for another 20-30 minutes, so your total wait time may be close to an hour. Don't get me wrong, I understand that it is very hard to stay on top of things especially at an orthodontist, and that it is hard work, however, I can not imagine many people wanting to wait around for an hour at an orthadontist. But not just that, it can be hard top if it begins to impede on a patient's schedules, making it a bit more difficult to want to come here for assistance. Although as said earlier, this was pre-COVID19. As for the period during this pandemic, they are definitely on top of things and have faster but still quality service. Overall Kulkarni has great service and nice workers, but you may have to wait around for a little in order to recieve it in a typical setting.

Plan on waiting an additional hour beyond the time you scheduled with them. Every time I bring my kid in I wait 30-90 minutes longer than my scheduled time, then once he's in the chair it's an additional 30 minutes before they see him, which is ridiculous. If I got all the money back for the time I waste not being at work, they'd be paying me for these braces. Over booking appointments each and every time.

Absolutely terrible. As a nurse of 15 years I can honestly say Dr. Kulkarni has the worst bedside manner of any provider I have ever seen. The entire office is a cluster. One hand has no idea what the other is doing. We left mid treatment and found another provider but have been sent to TWO collection agencies for services NOT RENDERED! I have legal counsel and will be perusing this in court. These providers only care about the money and could care less about the comfort and well being of the patient in the chair. Find someone else for your orthodontics. Don't waste your money or time with these people.

Really disappointed in this place. They have begun to discriminate against patients on Medicaid insurances. They will only see my daughter at their Wilmington office which is almost an hour away from our house and I was also informed they are only at that office once or twice a month. We have never had to drive to Wilmington before for her appointments and I see no reason they have decided to put other insurances above Caresource. Absolutely shameful.
