I wil not recommend this place. Once paid the amount he stopped coming to Mason and I have to drive all the way to springboro. Staff didn't inform this ahead. His treatment caused trigeminal nerve issue and he said dental procedures do not cause those issues. Have to his service as he is not knowledgeable.

Dr. Kulkarni has treated all 4 of my children. He is more than just an orthodontist. He cares about the overall health and happiness of his patients. He takes time to explain everything about the treatment plan and answer questions.

I went to Kulkarni and Fitz a couple years ago with some pretty messed up teeth. In just over 2 years they turned my smile from a New York traffic jam to perfect and radiant. Big Thanks to both of them for being amazing orthodontists and being more like favorite uncles than scary doctors.

Dr Raj was great. He answered all my questions. Was kind and patient with all my questions. I will definitely recommend this practice to all my friends!

Everything is running slow. Office opens only one day per week. Management is poor, and no communications among each other. If there is something needs to send to you insurance, you have to keep calling them to remind them otherwise nobody gives you the update. Unqualified technician and they would mess up your claims. Go to see any other orthodontists. Don't waste your time, money and trust here.

Do NOT come here! Every single time we have an appointment, we have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Today my son's appointment was at 11:30. He got called into the office at 12:22. I have three younger kids with me in the car because school is out. It's hot, so the car has been running for 1 hour 20 minutes so far. My three year old has had to go inside to use the bathroom twice. It is lunch, and everyone is hungry. Either they book too many patients at the same time or they are horrible at time management. This happens to us EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I can't go elsewhere, because we paid up front for his braces. My younger two kids will definitely be seeking treatment from a different orthodontist practice!
