My journey to become an orthodontist started at a very early age. I was taken to an orthodontist for an evaluation and after peering into my mouth, he delivered what I thought was devastating news: Class Three Malocclusion with Moderate Crowding. With this diagnosis and treatment plan of 2-3 years of braces and orthognathic (jaw) surgery, I was overwhelmed, but the experience I was about to embark on shaped my future. Through my experience in braces, my passion and interest grew for orthodontics and the thought that I could help people achieve the same result of a smile that gave me confidence and joy.

After graduating from Central High School in 1999, I attended UW-La Crosse and graduated in 2004. Following undergraduate school, I attended the University of Kentucky where I received my Doctorate of Medical Dentistry in 2008 and Masters of Sciences in Oral Biology and Orthodontic Certificate. Upon graduation in 2011, I accepted a job in Nashville, TN as an Orthodontist at a large practice. After a year and a half, I was able to pursue my dream of practicing in my hometown area by agreeing to join Dr. Jane Bentz at Orthodontic Specialists. After 30 plus years of service in the La Crosse area, Dr. Bentz fully retired at the end of 2013 and now remains in close contact with me in order to ensure the best possible care for all patients.

When not telling jokes with the kids and adults at the office, developing treatment plans for my patients, or researching the latest in Orthodontic techniques, I enjoy spending time with my wife Erin, son Makai, and daughter Janiya. We love to go walking, hiking, and boating together. I also enjoy playing golf, the piano and the guitar.

I graduated from WTC in 1983. I have enjoyed working in the orthodontic field for over 30 years. My biggest reward is watching generations of families achieve beautiful smiles through orthodontics! Outside of work I enjoy time with family and friends. I also enjoy my monthly euchre and bunko groups.

I graduated from the Dental Assistant program at WTC in 2013, and began working at this practice in December of 2013. I enjoy helping people improve their smiles and hope to help patients have a positive experience as they go through treatment. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, running, and spending time with my friends and family.

I graduated from the WTC Dental Assistant Program and have spent over a decade in the field of dentistry,half of thoseyears in orthodontics. It is so rewarding to follow a patient on their orthodontic journey from start to finish and to see them gain not only an amazing smile by Dr. Dave, but also a new level of confidence. The relationships that I am able to build with patients during their orthodontic journeys are what I love most about working in orthodontics.

I have worked in the dental field since 2009 in either patient coordinator or insurance coordinator positions and previously worked for this practice from July 2011 July 2013. I had the privilege of rejoining Dr. Daves team in November 2016. In recent years, my position has shifted, and I now work entirely behind the scenes fulfilling HR-related duties. While I no longer have any patient contact, I take great pride in supporting our amazing team so that they can provide the ultimate experience for our patients! I have always been and will always be passionate about what Kujak Orthodontics does for our patients and community.

Outside of work I enjoy being surrounded by my friends and family and spending lots of quality time with my husband, Jake. Exploring surrounding cities, anything artsy, being outdoors and playing board games are a few of my favorite ways to spend my time.

I grew up here in the Coulee Region and love seeing familiar faces come through the office, and meeting many new! After graduating from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a BS in Sociology, my husband and I came back to the area where we have been busy raising our two children. Although I have worked in several industries, I feel particularly grateful to be in orthodontics where each day, we help people to smile a little more confidently.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a Bachelorsdegreein Biology in 2018. While in college, I went on a 2 week service leadership trip to Guatemala and helped serve over 500 patients with localdentists. Since I can remember, I have always been passionate about the dental field and I couldnt be happier to be a part of the Kujak Orthodontic team. The most rewarding part about my job is getting to follow patients throughout their orthodontic treatment and witnessing the immense confidenceboost with their new and improved smiles!

Im a fun-loving mother of three beautiful children and just moved to the lovely state of Wisconsin in 2020 from Virginia! What I love about the dental field is creating beautiful smiles and seeing peoples confidence grow. I graduated from A.C.T. technical school and have been a certified dental/orthodontic assistant for over 20 years. Ive enjoyed seeing the advancements in technology over those years.

Ive been working in the dental field for 15 years, but recently joined the Kujak Ortho team and am very grateful and blessed to be a part of this great team. As a former orthodontic patient myself, its humbling and rewarding to know that we are able to help our patients smile more comfortably.

I ended up staying in the La Crosse area after attending the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and was lucky enough to join Dr. Dave and his team here at Kujak Orthodontics shortly after graduating. Every day that I get to come to work is a joy! Being even a small part of each patients journey to getting their new smile is so encouraging and is the reason why I love what I get to do.

After growing up in a very rural town in northern Minnesota, I made the move to the big city of La Crosse to pursue a degree in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. I have always been passionate about the business and hospitality side of the medical industry, that passion brought me to Dr. Daves orthodontic clinic. I serve as the Treatment Coordinator and strive to make each and every patients first visit to the clinic a comfortable and awesome experience!

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a Bachelors degree in Communication Studies in May of 2019.Throughout college, I grew to love the La Crosse area, and decided to live here full time. I started working for Kujak Orthodontics in August 2020, and have loved meeting patients and seeing the progress they make while in treatment here.

As a former patient of Kujak Orthodontics, the atmosphere of the office drew me in from the moment Dr. Dave and his team started my treatment. During college, I approached Dr. Dave about an internship during the summer months. I interned for 3 full summers here and enjoyed every moment. Those experiences have driven me into the dental field with great interest. I graduated from Illinois State University in 2021 with a Bachelors Degree in Pre-Dental (Biochemistry) and a minor in Business Administration.

I have always had a passion for sports, competing in Division 1 Track and Field for the past 5 years which gave me many great experiences as a college student-athlete. Although my team may look a little different now, I am excited to be a part of this team who has the same goal as me, changing peoples lives by changing their smiles

I graduated from The National Dental Academy of Wisconsin in March of 2021 and have been a part of the Kujak team since May 2021! In my free time I enjoy caring for my many house plants, shopping, traveling and being with friends and family. Its so rewarding to watch patients become more confident in their smiles!

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse with a Bachelors of Science in the spring of 2021. Shortly after graduation, I was able to start my career at Kujak Orthodontics as a Patient Coordinator and have recently become an Assistant and I love being able to help people transform their smiles. Being a part of each patients journey and watching their confidence grow is very rewarding.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse with a Bachelors of Science in the spring I moved to Wisconsin back in 2012 all the way from FLORIDA! I know, Im a nut, but I love it up here. I graduated from WTC with an Agricultural Business degree back in the spring of 2018 and graduated from UW-L with a bachelors in Biology and minor in Chemistry back in the Fall of 2020!In my free time, you can catch me outside in my flower beds, golfing, snowboarding, and just hanging out with my closest friends and family.I am excited to be a part of the Kujak team and am glad to be a part of such a rewarding experience.I cant wait to embark in this journey and watch patients grow through theirs.

I graduated from the WTC Dental Assistant program in 2000 and have been working in the dental field ever since! I recently joined the Kujak Orthodontics Team and am so excited to assist our patients in achieving the smile they have always desired!

I graduated from WTC in 2013 from the dental assisting program. I started working in the dental field right after graduation, I have worked in general dental offices as well as Prosthodontics. I became interested in the dental field when I went through orthodontic treatment in high school, I loved the smile that they were able to create for me and I love being able to do the same for patients now! Being a part of team Kujak is very rewarding, Im originally from this area so its great to see so many familiarfaces in the office!

In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, especially hiking and running. My husband and I are working on making it to all the Wisconsin state parks. We have a 6-year-old daughter, Brynn who keeps us busy with gymnastics. We also enjoy going on family walks with our Goldendoodle named Phoebe.

My husband and I recently moved to the area in 2022. I have worked in the dental field for over 14 years, specifically in a Pediatric dental office. In addition to general pediatric dentistry, we performed orthodontics which I have truly enjoyed. I am excited to be part of the Kujak team and to help patients find the new confidence they get when done with treatment. In my spare time I love to go hiking, biking and golfing but most of all going back home to see my family and friends.
