A native of Greenville, Pennsylvania, Dr. Philip Masongraduated Summa Cum Laudefrom Bucknell University. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where he received his D.M.D. degree and was inducted into the OKU national dental honor society.Following dental school, he completed a general practice residency at York Hospital where he expanded his proficiency in the areas of endodontics, implants, pediatrics and special-needs patients,andoral surgery.He has furthercontinued his implant studies at the Zimmer Institute in New Jersey. Dr. Mason participates in many continuing education programs tostay current on the advancements in all aspects of dentistry.He isa member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Dental Society of Western Pennsylvania, and the Pittsburgh North Hills study club.
Dr. Ralph Kuhn, a Pittsburgh native, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corp before starting practice in Butler, Pa. He has been practicing for over40 years and has served various community organizations and local government commissions. Dr. Kuhn has taken numerous continuing education courses and stays on the leading edge in Dentistry. When not practicing,Dr. Kuhn isactive in numerous Butler community organizations, traveling, biking,golfing,andspending time with his wife, four sons, and five grandchildren.
Dr. JohnBeall was raised in Cabbage Flats, PA andreceived hisB.S. degree from Waynesburg College, followed by two years of service in the U.S. Army. He then attended West Virginia University where he received his M.S. degree; and completed his formal studies with a D.M.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Beall has over40 years of clinical dental practice in Butler, Pa. He has been very active in youth sports and educational programs; furthermore, he continues to maintain a passion for excellence in dentistry by completing numerous hours of postgraduate education.
Our wonderful staff is comprised of four dental hygienists, four dental assistants, and two office managers. Our three dentists have a combined 85+ years of providing service to families and individuals in the community!

Out of my home area traveling. Cracked a tooth. Called North Main Dentistry for an emergency. They accepted the challenge and took great care of me and got me back on the road. I wish this office was in my home town. Very professional. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Wow what a great place!! I am here from Florida visiting family and broke a filling. Called North Main Dentistry due to its ratings and reviews this morning to make an appt. They took me at 2:45 p.m. to find out the expert verdict. It was great news as it was a clean break of a previous (silver) filling. A little numbing - a little drilling - and a new (white) filling was placed!! Yay!! Kelly the Senior Admin Executive did a great job fitting me in. Laike the Executive Dental Assistent was superb and Dr. Freed was calm, compassionate and very precise with the filling replacement. What a work of art it is. Great experience all around!!! Call them today!!

I am NOT a fan of the dentist what so ever but my experience today with Dr. Mason and his staff was top notch! Very friendly staff and Dr. Mason is very thorough and consoling to people that have that uneasy feeling! I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Kuhn was outstanding. I had a dental emergency and they were able to see me promptly. Dr. Kuhn explained everything he was doing. I didn't even feel the local anesthetic being injected which is remarkable! His staff was very kind and caring. I highly recommend this practice!

My family loves Kuhn, Beall and Mason Dental Associates. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Mason is very skilled and especially good with my children. They are great about getting us in for emergencies and scheduling is rarely a problem. I highly recommend as a family dentist.
