Very professional, kind and caring doctor! Her stuff is great too. They did exceptional work (root surgery) and fixed a problem I had for couple of years and thought I'm going to loose my front most visible tooth. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend visiting Dr. Bandola.

I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. I was in excruciating pain and absolutely every person there was so nice and compassionate. The doctor explained every option and then when it came to the procedure itself was very patient with me. I am not the best at dentist visits but she really took her time and after the extraction called in my spouse to explain everything to both of us. While it was definitely not my favorite visit due to circumstance, it was as pleasant as it could have been. Thanks to every person in that office.

I loveeeee this place! As crazy as it sounds Oral surgeon and her assistant were the absolute best! I suffer from anxiety and when I tell you they made me feel like I was just laying there listening to music in the most comfortable way, but I was getting my wisdom teeth pulled very efficient! Couldn't have asked for a better place to go!! I procrastinated for years because I was scared and I was so mad at myself when I finally went she was the best!

If I could give this office zero stars I would. I am sure Dr. Bandola is great but she needs to replace her front office staff with respectable people who greet patients & callers with a bit more courtesy. The office staff is rude and negative and I can't believe Dr. Bandola would allow staff to speak this way to people calling in.

Dr. Bandola and her staff are very caring, compassionate and professional. They made me feel very comfortable before surgery and explained the procedure with utmost importance. I came in for an extraction and was so pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of dentistry that was performed. Thank you Dr. Bandola and staff.

Dr.Bandola has been amazing. I have always had a fear and anxiety of dentist so the thought of an oral surgeon terrified me but with her I feel comfortable. She explains everything and answers all my questions and my E-mails. I had multiple teeth removed and was awake and didn't feel anything, she even told me if the sound bothered me I could wear ear buds to listen to music. And the staff is so nice, friendly and very efficient. I will never go anywhere else, highly recommend especially to anyone like me who has fears of dentist because she explains everything and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed as much as you possibly could be anyway.

I would rate this place a ZERO if I could! This was the most horrible experience I've ever had at a doctor's office! I went there with excruciating pain from my wisdom tooth (as well as fear of being put under anesthesia) and instead of helping me feel at ease, the front desk staff was rude to me from the very beginning! I was the ONLY patient in the office and I was made to wait 35 minutes for the rude receptionist at the window (that was repeatedly slammed in my face) to open the email I sent with my insurance cards, which another woman already printed out and left sitting on her desk, and for them to figure out my co-pay. All while being treated like I was inconveniencing them! After being brought into a very outdated patient room with no music playing, I was made to wait an additional 35 minutes for the doctor. While I was waiting I could hear the rude, negative conversations taking place amongst the staff. They were talking poorly about another doctor's office and about a patient and I could hear (who I believe was the doctor) chomping on popcorn in the next room. When the receptionist finally reminded the doctor that I was waiting for her, I heard the doctor say she forgot I was even in the office and proceeded to argue with her for not telling her I was there! Once the doctor finally came in, she was rude to me from the start as well, like it was MY fault that she forgot about me! After over an hour of being treated poorly and spoken to like I was a nuisance, I told the doctor that the negativity in the office made me extremely uncomfortable, asked for a copy of my xray, and left! I was never apologized to nor did anyone call after the fact to apologize, they just let me walk out crying and in pain! There is absolutely no excuse for the behaviour I experienced from these rude, insensitive women and I hope they don't treat anyone else who is in excruciating pain the same way!!

Dr. Bandola and her staff were wonderful when my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Bandola has an excellent bedside manner and is very patient and thorough with explaining the process and recovery with wisdom teeth removal. My daughter had a lot of anxiety regarding having this procedure done and afterward she mentioned that she did not feel any pain with the procedure and is doing very well with the recovery. I certainly will recommend this practice to anyone that needs to contact an oral surgeon in the future for dental issues. Thank you so much for helping my daughter and making her feel at ease and comfortable during this procedure. Highly Recommend!
