Experience:A Southern California native who grew up in La Jolla, Dr. Krylow has been a member of the California Dental Association (CDA) and the San Diego Dental Society for over two decades. She graduated in the top 10% of her dental school class, and has practiced in the Rancho Bernardo/Poway area for the last 15 years. A longtime friend of Dr. Tevrizian, she worked with him in 1992 and is thrilled they have crossed paths again.
Dr. Tevrizian remained on staff until his retirement in July 2020. He still serves as an adjunct faculty member (volunteer) in restorative sciences at The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC. Dr. Tevrizian has been a member of the San Diego County Society and Board of Directors. He was Ethics Chairman and served on the Judicial Council of the California Dental Association for two terms. He also enjoyed civil volunteer work, serving as the chairman of the Torrey Pines Holiday Basketball Classic and on the Saint Leos Dental Clinic remodel committee.
Erin grew up in Fallbrook, CA and lived in Massachusetts for 5 year. She has been in the dental field since 2002 first as a Registered Dental Assistant and then as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Erin has one daughter and one son.
Claudia has been in the dental world since 2012. Raised in Ramona, CA, she lived in Imperial Valley for 8 years, but returned after High School. These days, she has her hands full with her 4 fur babiesa pair of chihuahuas and 2 mini Aussies. Around the office, patients appreciate her calm, reassuring demeanor.
Hobbies: In her free time, you could find Brenda on a softball field or out kicking up dirt and climbing obstacles in her Jeep Wrangler. When shes not enjoying the outdoors, she loves to spend time with her family and grand kids.

I had been going to this dentist for about 20 years back when Dr. Tevrizian was practicing. I've been going here for awhile. I don't know what happened but some time after Krylow started it seems like the focus shifted from patient care to collecting money. At the conclusion of my second to last visit there the staff insisted I schedule my next 6 month appointment. Great, no problem, see you in six months. Six months later I show up for my appointment, I'm in the chair with the napkins around me, eye protection on, mouth open, ready to be serviced. The hygienist comes out and starts apologizing because they cannot do any work because of my insurance since it had been 5 months and 30 days since my last appointment, but none of the benefits were available since it technically hadn't been six months. She admitted when I was scheduled the timing and date were overlooked. She continued to apologize. No problem, I missed a half day of work, but these things happen and I can live with all that. Of course, they don't have any recent appointments so I get re-scheduled a month or two out, still not a big deal. The day of my appointment shows up and I had stuff going on and I missed it and was unable to cancel ahead of time. I get a voicemail later indicating that I will be charged some ridiculous amount of money for missing my appointment. This is the same appointment that they had rescheduled because they screwed up the first time because they were so excited to bill my insurance company that they didn't even bother checking the date of my appointment with the availability of my insurance benefits. All of this was their fault and they tried to bill me for it. Maybe next time I should send them a bill for my half days wages lost. Haven't been back since. Don't recommend going here and based on other reviews it seems like the most important thing is billing patients. And actually caring for them is an afterthought.

The music is good. The dental work is good and was able to schedule me in quickly. Five stars up until I was billed $350 over what I was quoted. I was scammed. I was told the quote was just an "estimate". The extra cost was because a filling was more, it was a little bigger. I work for the Dept of Defense. I am moving and they took advantage of me. Make sure your ready to pay more. Shady billing going on here. Why should I pay for a bad estimate. Larger filling??...really??..

Going to the dentist was never a fun experience for me. I was always terrified of the dentist due to lots of dental problems and bad experiences in Eastern Europe. I've meet Dr. Krylow a long time ago..1992-1993. Since then, I knew that, she was/is an excellent dentist with lots of knowledge and passion for dentistry. Very focused, desires to make sure things are done properly the first time. She's not always the giggly type, but don't let that scare you... when she's quiet and seems absent, she's thinking at the best option treatment for whatever she's dealing with at the time. Sometimes she likes to sing while working (not loud or anything, just humming along, radio songs) which kinda puts myself as a patient at ease. Her voice is beautiful and on pitch, which helps. :) Over the years I have meet many other great dentists and dental specialists. My mouth has every dental procedure known to men, and if I was still living in Eastern Europe, I would probably be toothless or a full denture patient/person. Thank god for being here in the US, and getting to understand the importance of a healthy mouth. Anyway, my whole family including myself, is a patient of Krylow Dental since she restarted working a few years ago.(she took a few years off to care for her 3 young boys) I was always searching for her, during this time and when I finally found her, I decided to stay with her practice until she retires. The reason is this: honesty, kindness, care, and reasonable prices. Her staff is wonderful. I absolutely love my hygienist, she always does an amazing job. I will definitely come back and recommend you to all who are looking for a good dentist. You're in good hands here!
