My husband had two very difficult teeth pulled on a Thursday. Difficult because both teeth were imbedded in his gums. It is now Monday and he reports zero pain, both during and after the procedure. Hats off to Dr. Portacci. He was through, precise and ensured my husband experienced no discomfort or pain with this procedure. He even called to check in on him the next day. We absolutely love him MORE now:) Our dentist for life.

Stacey Brannan is a very good dentist assistance. She is very knowledgeable about teeth health. She really made sure that she was gentle with cleaning your mouth. When my appointment was over I felt very satisfied. Thank you so much.

I recently became a patient at Dr. Portacci office, and it has been such an enjoyable experience. I love every moment of interaction with his team and they always have my best interest in mind. Thank you Jamie, Danielle, Brittany, Colby, Ms. Lucia and of course Dr. Portacci. I'm so thankful that I'm a patient!!

I was having some serious pain. I called and they got me in the same day. The entire staff was very friendly and took every precaution to keep everyone safe. They quickly got me checked out and had a solution immediately. When I got to the desk to check out they had everything ready for me and explained everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Portacci did a beautiful job on my crown. I am new to the area and so glad I chose an excellent dentist!! Daynele was wonderful, so kind and professional!!! The office staff were very nice!! Thanks to all for your kindness and expertise!!!

Dr. Portacci has been my dentist for a few years now, as long as he is working, I will continue to go to him. His staff are angels and I don't have one bad thing to say about any of them.

Very friendly staff and Dentist, clean atmosphere, and Covid safety precautions in place. I felt safe having my cleaning done during a pandemic, would highly recommend!

Very professional and also very down to earth, I've had fear of going back to the dentist since I was a child but after my tooth extraction today I feel way more confident, I felt no pain whatsoever and was thoroughly pleased with my experience.

As a new patient's of this dentist I thought that we were off to a good start. My daughter had some teeth pulled and I had a cleaning done. I had to reschedule her cleaning due to a quarantine. I advised the office when I rescheduled of that and was told that there was no problem. On the day before there were 2 text message sent one at 7:12am as a reminder to confirm and a second one at 12:12pm to tell me that since there were no confirmation my appointment cancelled. So I guess if you don't confirm within 4 hours you are just cancelled. Am I the only one who doesn't keep they're cell phone glued to the hip???? Well I didn't see it until 4:30pm and the office was closed. I woke up and called the office and spoke with Jaimie the office manager and explained to her that if this was the policy of Dr. Portacci then we would not be back. Jamie confirmed that it was and she would look into who sent the text message and basically told me to have a good day. Oh and I also told her that I would be leaving this review and she chuckled and said okay. If you want this type of service then this is the place to go. If you would like to be treated nicely and with respect FIND ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE. AWFUL, AWFUL OFFICE MANAGER AND OBVIOUSLY SHE HAS TAUGHT HER STAFF THE SAME WAY!!!!! 2:34pm 7/21/2021 BECAUSE I MADE THIS REVIEW AND THE OFFICE SAW IT I WAS DISMISSED SO THEY DISCRIMATE AGAINST YOU IF YOU COMPLAIN OR SPEAK OUT. Any dental treatment that has been recommended by us or any other dentist should be completed as soon as possible. Dental conditions tend to worsen with time, leading to further complications. Dr. P and his staff are just...amazing. I went in yesterday to have my front two teeth filled. Now, the last time I had a filling in the front, I had a HORRIBLE experience (different dentist). SO, naturally, I was apprehensive about doing the front again. So many bones and it's so uncomfortable. Y'all, I didn't even feel the shots. I have no idea when he did them. I thought I knew at one point, but I wasn't sure. They were FABULOUS and the confidence I have today is everything! Thank you Dr. P and staff for being amazing and making sure I was good. I will see you all next month!
