This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had when going to a dentist, the staff is very rude and very stuck up. If you want somewhere you feel welcome and taken care of, I suggest you go elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr. Palmer for years and have had nothing but the best experiences. I continue to come back for her expertise even after moving over an hour away.

They do good work, but they don't work with you. Wanted to have a tooth with a possible cavity treated but they won't treat the tooth till I get a Full set of x-rays because they want you to get a full set every two years... looking for a different dentist don't want to have my teeth held hostage by your policy. Kind of sucks I've had a lot of work down there and was hoping to be a patient in the future but this really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I just had my first visit here. The whole staff was polite and very helpful. Any question I had was answered. Karen, McKenna, and Shawna(?) were great. I walked away feeling like I had an extensive evaluation without judgement. That is important to me because my teeth have had and will need a lot more work.

I have had dental problems sense childhood dental care was not a priority in my childhood home. I have had bad experiences at the dentist before this place and thought the pain level was normal for being at a dentist guess what it's not. The staff here are so kind and made me feel so comfortable they don't judge you for not being able to take care of your teeth properly previously they just want to help get you there now. Fast response times great staff great experience wish I had found them sooner I would give a million stars if I could worth every penny ( prices are not unreasonable at all went to a place known for being the cheapest before same price here) love love love this place

As a senior who has not been to the dentist in over10 years and am very apprhensive concerning my past experience with uncaring dentists, my first visit was yesterday and I can say I was quite impressed. The Staff made me feel very at ease and explained every procedure along the way. Dr Palmer is very caring and listened to all of my concerns, She also explained what I should encounter in future appointments. My concern is with Medicare who does not recognize her as an in network provider thus I will be paying for services out of my own pocket. Well worth it to know I will be provided the professional care and services that this practice provides
