Does this dentist accept new Medicaid patients?and if so how long is the wait ?and my son who is 16 needs his wisdom teeth removed does this office handle this kind of procedure?

Incredible dentist with an amazing staff. From the receptionist to the hygienist everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, professional and informative. Both Dr. Kriebel and the hygienist patiently explained everything going on to where I could understand, gave me helpful advice and explained my best options. I'm very grateful I found this office and I'm also extremely grateful for how well they have taken care of me and especially for being able to leave the office no longer missing half of a tooth today. Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend this office.

Dr krieble is a small practice! He does what he can! And he also does it by the book! Very helpful! Can be overwhelming! But overall a great dentist!

Fantastic dentist. As for past reviews, He accepts all patients and treats them wonderfully no matter how you are paying. We have Medicaid and had absolutely no issues.

Literally cussed at me in front of my 12yr old daughter. Told me to get out because he couldn't handle the truth that he lied to a patient. He said no matter what we will get you teeth. Today tells me nothing he can do. And I'm the reason why he hates taking medicaid. Must only prefer upper class patients that can pay his prices. So if you have Medicaid I wouldn't go to him. You will get very basic treatment with no bedside manner at all. He was actually the aggressor. His staff had to walk him away and he still continued to come back yelling at me. Unbelievable for a "good" dentist. Absolute terrible experience and even worse in front of my 12 yr old. Let me just add that I am on Medicaid because I am a single parent struggling after being in a 20+ yr abusive relationship and then being homeless with my kids. So yeah my bad for having Medicaid and trying to do better for my daughter.

We take our kids here and they have gotten the most sincere treatment we could ask for. Their staff is very caring and pleasant. We have had zero problems and always get taken care of in a timely manner. We are seen promptly at our appointment times and they are flexible in how to break up treatments or procedures over a schedule convenient to the patient.

I recently visited Dr. Kriebel's office for urgent treatment of a tooth that was causing significant pain. It was on a Friday and they were able to see me that day even though I was not a patient. The person who answered my call and set my appointment was very cordial, as were all the staff including Dr. Kriebel. However, I do have a couple of problems that I thought was very unprofessional. After I was taken back the dental assistant asked me if I was experiencing pain, I told her yes and pointed to the location. She took an x-ray and told me I had an infection. Later after the Dr. came in, I told him which tooth was causing the pain. Apparently, the nurse x-rayed the wrong tooth, so they had to take another one. I was charged for both x-rays even though the mistake made was not my fault. Dr. Kriebel asked me if I wanted to extract the tooth causing the pain and I told him yes. He walks back to his office and the nurse writes up an estimate which I signed. I am laying in the chair reclined when a front desk attendant came in an asked me to pay for my services. I awkwardly gave the attendant my credit card and she came back for my signature. After a few seconds, Dr. Kriebel came back in and proceeded with the extraction. I got the impression that they believed I was going to skip-out on paying for my treatment. It's my opinion that patients should not be treated this way.

Our family has been to many Dentists from Jacksonville to New Bern and this is by far our favorite. I highly recommend.
