Dr. Kreshtool is so caring, efficient and professional. He's your guy for a PAINFREE root canal! His assistant, Brenda, was excellent. And the entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this practice.

Woww! Amazing experience! Dr.Kreshtool and Liz did a phenomenal job! I had to get a root canal, I called this morning for a last monies appointment and they got me in as soon as they opened. The environment was so welcoming and they made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was quick and painless. I recommend them completely!

Dr. Kreshtool did a very expensive root canal on a cracked tooth. Now it is infected and will need to come out. He did not follow up and when I called him after my dentist found an infection he said, "It's not as if it's cancer...". The second exam was very painful--he did not try to numb it, save the tooth, or treat the infection. Zero empathy. (-5*)

Dr.Kreshtool is a brilliant endodontist who saved 2 of my teeth from an infected root canal that had been done elsewhere. He even called to follow up after the procedure. Minimal wait time, appointments were right on schedule. Very professional and pain free. I highly recommend and am so appreciative of his excellent skills and service.

If you value your teeth, do NOT see Dr. Kim. A very painful experience that resulted in the loss of my FRONT tooth 4 days later. I had no infection so this should not have been painful. I was not numbed properly. Restoration will cost THOUSANDS of dollars, cause pain and I will absolutely lose work. Then it will be an Esthetic concern. I'm sick over it. Sad thing is, I feel whatever was done was done incorrectly. Considering I worked for an endodontist, I also know a thing or 2 about this procedure. I have made a mistake in entrusting this Dr. Lost my tooth four days later while talking to a friend. It fell out into my hands.

If you value your teeth, do NOT see Dr. Kim. A very painful experience that resulted in the loss of my FRONT tooth 4 days later. I had no infection so this should not have been painful. My experience at Dr. Kreshtool's was not a great one and maybe bcuz i had Dr. Kim. If you are a person who is afraid of going to the dentist, then dont expect any compassion from this place. Nevermind the fact that it took the assistant took 3 attempts to take one xray. But after the first 3 shots of novocaine I STILL FELT PAIN! And after tellin the Dr. This twice i felt a strong sense that he was annoyed with me. At this point im completely petrified and starting to hyper ventilate and i told the Dr. I was scared. His response "I Cant Do anything About that, im sorry". I counted literally 4 times the Dr. said that same statement throughout the whole procedure. It's common for Dentist to be a**holes but even the assistant failed to offer me any words of comfort or compassion. When the doctor left the room, the assistant set in the room with me in complete silence. Hussie didnt even ask me if i was was okay. By the time i left out of the office i was in complete tears. I've never felt so invaluable in my life. But before i left i was sure to let them know how i felt.
