I wish I could give 0 stars. I had an appointment at 1030 am, was there at 930 am, did my paperwork and xrays by 10 am. By 2 pm, I still had not been seen, or even called to an exam room. I had asked several times about it, and was told I still had people ahead of me...but everyone coming in after me was seen and had left by then. This place has no respect for their patients, the patients time, etc. HORRIBLE service, they lack proper time management (likely doing more than double booking), and lack professional/proper communication skills needed to communicate with patients on their appointments, etc. I would NOT go here, unless you have all the time in the world to wait, with no communication as to why they couldn't see you at your appointment time, if at all.

Terrible and rude customer service. They take your money but when you have a question or need a receipt they put you on hold for 30 min then tell you to call back in an hour.

I had a root canal and crown a year ago that never healed properly. I was referred to a specialist and had to have the root canal redone for a total cost of $1,000.00. The dentist at Kreit Dental missed one of the four roots on the tooth which lead to infection.

It takes way too long to be seen and everyone there had a poor attitude, it seemed like I was more of a nuisance than I was a patient. The only person who was actually polite and spoke to me was the person they send in for the money. I'm gonna try and find somewhere that's a little more personal and I don't feel like I'm just a number.

I have been a patient at this dentist for years. Since Covid this was my first routine visit. My experience was not pleasing. I arrived at 8:45 am. The appointment was for myself and my daughter. We did our check- in and x- rays at the same time. My daughter finally got called back by 11:30 and was finish by 12:45pm. I had to approach staff because I never got called back & my daughter was finish. They finally called me back to my room and there they left me for 2 hours. I finally told them I was leaving at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 8:45am and by 2:45 was still not seen for just a general cleaning and 1 cavity filling. I am very disappointed. Five hours and nobody never even came back to my room to check on me. That's ridiculous

I've been a dental assistant for 15+ and this place was awesome today! The staff is super sweet, the dentist was great and he made sure to address all my concerns. Seriously thank y'all!

I've read some negative reviews and I can honestly say, that wasn't the case with my experience. The reason for the 4 stars is that I notice that each time I go, I I was getting X-rays and having long waits to see a doctor. So uncalled for. Even if I just needed lab. Refuse this.

We drove 2 hours for this appointment and it was worth it. This place has it going on, very professional. Dr. Samir Alrajab was very informative prior to performing my procedures and is the reason I will coming back when I need dental work. After a few horrible experiences with local dentist, I did not go back which led to my dental problems becoming more extensive . The Doctor did a thorough examination and broke down the cost of each procedure needed to repair my dental problems. By far the best dental office I have ever experienced.

Am not happy at al about my teeth after paying over two thousand dollars my teeth are huge and does not fit my mouth at all i caint even close my mouth i am very dissatisfied with my teeth they need to be fixed and fixed right so i dont look like mr edd.

Waited 3 hours and had to leave. I was able to get X-rays done and another appointment earlier in the day. Good group of people

Everyone was very nice and courteous. My children have always had a good experience there. One of my children had a bad experience with another dentist and here they make her feel comfortable and safe. Great experience!!

Got ther at 1:30 and was not taken to the back until after 4:00. Sat there so long I had to ask if I was foing to be seen. I got polished before I was cleaned. I Sat there again for a while and asked if someone was going to clean my teeth. Got my teeth cleaned and had to ask her to floss my teeth. Then after that I had to ask her about the fluoride treatment. Omg She finished after 5:15 and I still had to drive 1 and a half hours back home. I am not happy..... No respect for my time.

This was the best dentist I've been through in a while , got my tooth extracted and didn't feel any pain ...Chinese man was my dentist and was very caring and careful hats off to the team
