Erica is the most gentle hygienist I have ever had! I am almost 60 years old so I've had a LOT of hygienists over the years!! She also told me about all costs not covered by insurance before she started.

I liked the check in process, the thoroughness of the exam, the willingness to work with our insurance company, the fact I can walk to the office and the willingness to use nitrous oxide for my cleaning which is a first and a medical necessity because of my tight jaw!

They all made me feel comfortable by telling me what they were going to do instead of just doing it. I have a generalized anxiety disorder and it's very difficult to get into the dentist chair. The dentist was very kind, as well as the staff who assisted him. I return in less than 2 weeks. And I'm excited about it!

Dr. Krause and his team are the best. They work with my schedule and even worked with me to sort out my insurance payments when I was hopping around insurance coverage. Super easy check outs, check ins and scheduling. They are always super friendly and helpful. They always take time to answer my questions and explain things to me. I had horrible experiences with a small town dentist when I was growing up and put off going to a dentist for a lot of years as an adult because of it, but I found Dr. Krause's office and have never had that hesitation again. And the office never tries to upcharge you for things you don't need or cavities you don't have like my previous dentist. And they inform me every time if they offer something that is an extra charge/not covered by insurance like the fluoride treatments. But if you want to explore your options like invisaligners they explain all of that and make it super easy to start the process. They even went above and beyond to answer my questions about the billing process for it. I've always felt like they were super transparent about costs and why they offer certain things or why they diagnosed a certain way. They've always answered any questions I have about a treatment or diagnosis and the costs. And they are all very accommodating when it comes to any incidental pain during procedures. So grateful for them. I even got my brother to start going there! If you've had a bad experience with a dentist before, go to Dr. Krause. Things I've had done here: crown to replace mangled tooth from previous dentist, regular cleanings, invisialigners, chipped tooth repair, a filling, regular xrays and checkups. - Staff and Doctor have been amazing through them all.
