No one likes going to the dentist but as soon as I walked in on my first visit, they made me feel welcome and right at home. The girls in the office are great and the hygienist that worked with me kept the conversation going and put my mind at ease. Dr. Kraner was gentle and very thorough. I plan on returning soon and bringing the whole family!
I didn't think I would ever hear all three of my children say they LOVE going to the dentist. These guys are professional yet friendly, the office is set up for all ages, they are knowledgeable about their profession and best of all...they do what you're paying them to do, plus some!!!
As with every visit we have had since we have started with the Kraner Family dentist it has been first rate. Everyone treats you like one of the family and the service and treatment is top quality and very friendly. Keep up the SUPER jobs, We Love It!
Dr. Matt started Kraner Family Dentistry with his dad, Dr. Greg Kraner in 2006. They practiced together for 11 years before Dr. Greg retired in 2017! Originally Dr. Matt attended DeSmet High School, then went on to get his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri Columbia. After Mizzou, Dr. Matt attended the University of Missouri Kansas City, receiving his DDS in 2006.
When Dr. Matt isn't at the office, he enjoys hanging with his family, riding bikes on the Katy Trail, trips to Northern Michigan and Destin Florida! Hes also a die-hard Mizzou, Blues, and Cardinals Fan!

One of the best dentist I've ever had. They are patient with those like me who have had nervous reactions to dentist work. The staff is great and works with you on everything. I recommend Kraner Family Dentistry to all!

My 4 yr old daughter and I both go to Kraner Family Dentistry and I would recommend it to anyone of any age. Their entire staff is absolutely amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. If you are looking for a dentist for your children or for yourself, look no further then Kraner Family Dentistry

We love the staff at Kraner Dentistry! I have been going there for at least 13 years and everyone in the office is wonderful! Amazing customer service who all really go above and beyond. The staff truly cares about making your time there enjoyable, especially for the kids! Dr. Matt and his staff are thorough and take their time to make sure all questions or concerns are answered. They genuinely make you feel like family when in the office! From the office manager, Sarah who is never without a big smile, to the dental hygienists, to the front desk staff, everyone is hands down the best!

If you are frightened as I am with the prospect of dental work, I would suggest you make an appointment with Kraner Family Dentistry. Knowing how nervous I get, everyone in the office goes out of their way to make sure the appointment turns out to be a positive experience. Kraner family dental was awesome with my son and daughters. There was some confusion with scheduling and they were happy to fit in my sons cleaning when it actually didn't get scheduled.

They are always fantastic here. Great with me, great with kids, and just a generally nice place with nice people. My hygienist, Melissa, in particular does a wonderful job and I enjoy catching up with her on things going on with our lives. Love this place!
