Drs. Kramer and Kramer have the best hands. I feel no pain. They have transformed my mouth and life. I can smile now. They have the most efficient staff that provide excellent customer service. Everyone is so friendly and make me feel very comfortable. I HEARTILY RECOMMEND THESE DENTISTS.

This is Kurt Sass (I am using my wife's computer). She and I are both so happy we found the Kramers! Everyone in their Bronx office is so very caring and professional. We are both in our 60s and can honestly say they are the best dentists and dental staff we have ever encountered. If we knew them when we were younger, we would not have had the dental problems we had later in life! We trulu, truly recfomend them!

After not having a dentist visit since early 2019 & having gum issues I was really nervous but KNEW I desperately needed a cleaning. I found their office online & called during the week desperate for a Saturday appointment, their receptionist told me she would call me back if there was a slot available. During the week I had given up finding a Saturday appointment before my busy work schedule began. To my amazement they called me back & was able to see me short notice, I was elated! The office is clean, feels cozy & they follow all necessary protocols to keep you safe. Best of all was Dr.Kramer (Mrs) she was SO caring, informative and professional. You can tell she wants to get to know their clients & REALLY help you. My cleaning went great & she is going to help me get back on track to healthier gums, I am very grateful I found them. If you want great & caring service make an appointment here! :)

The best dentist place I have have been to! Both dentist are honest and their work is truly the best! The whole office is extremely hospitable and pleasant to be in! Staff is extremely nice they even offered to babysit my son when I brought him with me. I give them 10 stars

Dr. Kramer was very understanding with my situation. I went in for a emergency of my tooth falling out. He took care of the matter right away. He's so kind hearted. He made me feel so comfortable and explained the procedures step by step. He is the best.

I was looking for a Dentist for a very long time and as soon as I saw all the reviews that Dr. KRAMER had it really made me comfortable and I gathered all the necessary Information that lead me to Dr. Kramer Dental establishment. I went for an estimate and he was so professional and took care of me... he is so patient he explains everything clearly In Detail....I Highly Recommend Him he is one of the Best Dentist In the Bronx I rate him with 10 Stars... his staff is very professional as well!!!

I called in to ask for prices for a certain procedure & the front desk ask me to come in to get a consultation. I asked if there was going to be any charges and she said "no just come in" I drove from Long Island and to find out I was going to be charge for other things that could've of been mention on the phone. Front desk is rude.

This is the best. Dr. Kramer (Mrs) was so caring and non judgemental to me, a person who has had a life long fear of dental procedures and hasn't gone in over 5 years. I am very grateful for her kindness and professionalism.
