I like the NO/short waiting time. The staffs are always cheerful. The many visits for my cleaning, fillings, and crowns have been pleasant and pain-free. Dr. Stephanie sure knows how to distract me with her interesting events whilst drilling away at my tooth. :) If you are feeling nervous about visiting the dentist, I would recommend you visit Kramer Family Dentistry for a pleasant dentistry experience.

Kramer Family Dentistry has been our family dentist since Dr. Jim came into Dr. Waitrovich's practice. The addition of Dr. Stephanie provides the depth of service and benefits of two qualified dentists in the practice. Combined with the expertise and experience of the professional and administrative staff, we have been very happy with them. By coincidence, both my wife and I have check-ups at Kramer next week!

I moved to Neenah a few years ago and was looking for a dentist. In 2021 I tried Kramer Family Dentist and was very pleased. My former dentist was great, but my experience here was wonderful. I recommended them to my family as well.

Received a new dental appliance to prevent/reduce sleep apnea. Dr. Kramer and staff provided competent, caring analysis and treatment, which resulted in sleep study numbers that were normal. This follows years of sleep apnea related problems, which now are no longer present. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with sleep apnea.

I have used Dr Jim & Dr Stephanie for 23 years and they are absolutely the best! Great bedside manners and have handled all my unique problems, including a dental appliance for my sleep apnea. I would highly recommend Kramer Family Dentistry 110%.

Friendly office staff. I have had both Dr. Jim and Dr. Stephanie and several hygienists. All are very caring and professional with their work. The staff is willing to work with your insurance guidelines.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I consider myself a pretty knowledgeable person when it come to dental health but Dr. Kramer told me things about my teeth that I didn't know. He did a test which involved biting down on a what I think was a silicone covered dowel, by doing that he was able to tell me that one of my molars was cracked. I've never had a dentist do that before and I'm 56 yrs old. I thought my first visit was relaxed, not rushed and found him very easy going. My daughter went to the female Dr. Kramer and loved her! I will recommend this office to everyone!
