I'm a new patient and I'm absolutely so glad I chose Dr Kramer for my new Dentist everyone there is so kind and the new Dr Paige is excellent I would refer anyone to go there

I broke a tooth & others needed repair immediately. Dr. Kramers office got me in within 24 hrs. Dr. Kramer & the hygienists were very caring & professional. He did alot of work on my very first visit, most dentist would've done over several visits. I'm beyond pleased with the work performed & POA that will be followed up on. My 5 yr old granddaughter is also a patient. She absolutely loves him. He rakes his time & makes all patients comfortable. Highly recommend

My family & I love this office and have been going for a very long time. I've been trying to call the office for several weeks & nobody answers or calls me back. I drove to the office today to make an appointment in person since I can't seem to reach them by phone. The office was closed. I thought maybe they were at lunch but it was very dark inside and no cars in the employee parking lot. I waited out front for atleast 15-20 minutes hoping to see someone. Are they still open in the same Martins Ferry location? Can someone please lmk. My daughter & I both need appointments. I hope they're still seeing patients as we really like them.

Dr. Kramer is the ONLY dentist I would recommend in Martins Ferry. PLEASE READ THIS AND AND LISTEN, DO NOT GO TO COMPLETE DENTAL. They are only worried about money. I had dental hygienists complaining about how they were trying to squeeze as many patients in as possible and they were overwhelmed. Dr. Kramer truly cares and the wait times are very short. Please do not hesitate to call, he's the best in the area!

Great dentist great hygienists !! Billing is a nightmare. You arrive to your appointment they say that cannot see you because you have some surprise bill that was sent to collections. I waited two months to get this appointment and had to re schedule due to work just to get told they can't see me when I come in the office. Also the woman says she's been trying to call me but that's not true either. If you have good dental insurance or medicaid this is the place to go.

Absolutely the BEST dentist office in the area!! Love going here!! Dr. John Kramer is SUPER nice and fun!! Renee is so great with my cleanings and I feel more like her friend than a patient. I would highly recommend this dentistry for all ages...especially kids! My son has never had any feelings of fear or anxiety here, which is a big deal to me since I had awful experiences at with my childhood dentist. They are all just so wonderful!! It is a true pleasure going to Kramer Family Dental!

The entire store are super friendly and accommodating. The whole experience was very refreshing and put me at ease. They use an X-ray system that is far superior to the old tabs. No more gagging! The hygienist was great & very friendly, as was Dr. Kramer. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Dr. Kramer took the time to speak with me, advise me, answer my questions. He was also very thorough on my examination. I did not feel rushed at all during the entire process. He was kind, honest, professional. Renee (spelling?) cleaned my teeth. She was extremely personable, compassionate, and thorough. She encouraged me, comforted me. Made my experience great. It was my first visit at their office. I was impressed. And grateful for the level of service they provided. Definitely will be going back.

I called this morning and explained that my husband just recently got medically retired from the military and that I didn't have a dentist. I told the receptionist that I thought my filling had fallen out and I was in a lot of pain and that I would self pay up front. She was very short and rude and said they don't accept the insurance(which I made clear I was going to pay out of pocket) and it wouldn't be in my best interest to go there and that they weren't seeing anyone until the middle of May. I hung up with them called a different dentist office (that I will be a new patient of) and they got me in the next day! So you lost a patient by blowing me off and not listening to what I was saying!
