Mary jane has been with us since 1978, starting out as a dental assistant while helping out at the front desk. She advanced into the position of Office Manager in 1989, as a result of her tremendous knowledge of all aspects of the dental assisting and administrative issues in a dental office. She is the master organizer, keeping our office operations smoothly and our patients smiling. She is the ultimate multi-tasker and has the unique ability to remember the little things that are important to each of our patients.
She has personally seen three generations of families grow up through the years and takes an individual approach to each one and treats them as family. On a personal side, Mary jane has seen her own sister Susie contribute to our office as a hygiene assistant since 1992. It is very important to her to educate our patients, believing firmly that good oral health is a key component to a strong and healthy body. She has a strong commitment to seeing to the needs of every patient and works diligently to see that they are satisfied in every aspect of their visit.
In her free time, Mary jane loves spending time with her best friend and husband, Rick. They love to bike, cook and entertain. But moreimportantly, they just love being together in everything they do, they do it together.
As a Dental assistant, her main concern is the welfare of the patient and that they have the best experience possible. Denise has a gentle calming personality who makes every patient feel like family.
Susie's sister, Mary jane (our office manager), encouraged her to join our team in 1992 and as a result, has been a valuable asset to our office. Susie's fun and friendly personality brighten our days and she always works with a professional approach and attention to detail.
She is committed to placing the needs of our patients first, as well as attending to the needs of our busy hygiene and dental departments. Her warm and caring manner is appreciated by all. She enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking with duties such as room preparation, sterilization protocols, and assisting the hygienists wherever necessary.
Alexis graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Milwaukee Area Technical College with honors in 2015. She is passionate about providing quality patient care and tending to the needs of each individual patient.
Alexis was born and raised in Arizona. She joined the U.S. Navy and was stationed in San Diego where she met her husband of 10 years. Together they moved to Wisconsin in 2011 and are now raising two children.

As a new patient, I am highly impressed with every aspect of the Kraklow Family Dental practice. From the first call with the receptionist Mary Jane, to the initial exam and consult with Dr. Donna and Denise, to the teeth cleaning with the hygienist, I have been treated with courtesy, respect, and compassion. Every step of the way, they clearly explain the procedures, all the while showing concern for my comfort. Dr. Donna has a calm, caring approach and educates as she treats. She made me feel that delivering excellent care and building a trusting patient/doctor relationship are top priorities. She is also sensitive to cost concerns. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, not to mention spotless, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. My daughter is going there now, too. She usually has anxiety with dental work, but the entire staff made her feel so comfortable that she was able to relax and even had fun. 5+ stars across the board!

Dr Kraklow is a great dentist and person. Her website state that "we are committed to treating our patients with kindness and compassion, working with integrity, and always putting our patient's need first" Every word of that statement is true for both Dr Kraklow and her staff. I needed some dental work completed prior to starting treatments for a health issue. Dr Kraklow went beyond my expectations and completed the dental work within a short time frame. She even contacted my doctor to ensure that the dental work was coordinated correctly with my doctor's treatments. I highly recommend Kraklow Family Dentistry.

Very friendly!! From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Krakow, everyone was friendly. The work done was very professional. They were considerate of insurance. When my insurance first was denied, the office continued to file. My insurance paid. I have recently moved to Waukesha, and I am glad I found Kraklow Family Dentistry.

Wonderful atmosphere as soon as you walk in... My most recent visit was very personable, as they adjusted the whole appointment to help accommodate my left jaw pain. I was comfortable and cared for the whole time... would definitely recommend!

It would be very difficult to get a better dental service. Kraklow are friendly, efficient and helpful. The staff are attentive to your health and safety and no matter whether you are having a simple cleaning or getting a broken front tooth that requires serious skills and time they treat you with respect and truly care about you and how their work will affect you. I would recommend them to everyone.. ..

I had my three month cleaning today and found the experience to be very comfortable and efficiently carried out. The technician was extremely competent and encouraging in where my dental care was progressing. She was concerned about my safety and understanding of what she was doing.

The team at Kraklow has completely changed my opinion and experience going to the dentist. The first part of the visit was spent solely getting to know one another. Dr Donna not only wanted to get to know me, but also introduce herself and shared a bit of her personal life with me. The team did an amazing job sharing their professional opinions and recommendations about my dental health with me, and helped guide me to make the best decision for me. Great office to be apart of! I have been seeing both Doctors since I was a kid. There work is great, there staff is all really caring. I can't say enough good things about this office. They make you feel like your family!
