Our team of Registered Dental Hygienists at bring many years of experience and passion in providing each patient with individualized oral hygiene care. Whether your needs include routine Dental Prophylaxis to more extensive Periodontal Therapy, your dental hygienist will provide you with comprehensive and thorough oral health care. They are certified in the Administration of Local Anesthesia and Digital Radiography and utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment such as the Diagnodent Caries Detection System. Our hygienists are required to have 20 hours of continuing education each licensure period, with many of them exceeding this to provide our patients with the most current dental knowledge and practices. Your comfort and care is a top priority of our dental hygienists, and they enjoy getting to know each and every patient!
Our dental assisting team has over 100 years of combined experience! Many of our assistants are E.F.D.A's, Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary, and have licensure and continuing education requirements to provide expanded function services allowing them to provide more hands-on care to our patients. We also have Certified Dental Assistants (C.D.A's) who are licensed to assist the dentist in providing more efficient and comfortable dental treatment to the patient. All of our dental assistants are certified in digital radiography. Their top priority is to work together as a team to provide each patient with individualized attention and care to ensure a comfortable dental experience at our office!

I've had some major dental work and Dr Quest and Mark have been fantastic! They and others have been very accommodating in scheduling my appointments! I highly recommend Dr Quest and Mark! Thank you so much for all you have done.

Unfortunately cannot recommend. Rotating dentists. The one who saw me could not decide on what to do with issues seen. No follow up until 4 weeks when I requested X-rays be sent to a different dentist.

This was a great practice prior to the pandemic. Now front desk staff are extremely rude on a regular basis, they do not follow up with insurance questions, and dentists are either not in the building or are "busy" with other patients so no dental exam during my cleaning visits. Sorry to say that I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Dr. Kraisinger is a very caring dentist. He is very meticulous & does a really good job at making you feel comfortable. I wish I would have been going to him long ago. The people who work for him in the front off & in the back are all very friendly and fun. I always feel comfortable when I am there.

This place cares more about money than the patient. I let it be known that I have a fear of doctors and dentists so I have trust issues. Also, I have a very hectic work schedule and scheduling an appointment is difficult. Prior to my appointment I had received multiple notifications to confirm my appointment (which I did every time) and if I did not give propper notice for a cancellation I would be charged for the visit. Three days before my appointment I was left a message that said they need to reschedule me to accommodate an emergency. They went a head and rescheduled my appointment without checking my availability. Why don't they reserve spots during the week for emergencies instead of inconvenience someone else? Very unprofessional.

I had to wait 45 minutes to get into the appointment then an additional 30 minutes to be seen. During this time, I heard the staff talk in their room about their personal life. Mark is the only highlight of this dentistry. We will not be coming back.

I just want to say I had issues and one appointment I was in the chair for 8.5 hrs I'm going to be honest lots of pain but I will say you will not believe its like a miracle my smile is back and I'm so grateful I'm still not Finnished yet but wow I really like these professional people they did me wonders and my smile proves it thank you Dr's I feel like a new person you and your staff are the greatest

At first I loved this dentist, until this last visit , I wanted anxiously for 2 months expecting the last visit to have my wisdom teeth removed and possibly filling done , I was even extra medicated , took 3 days off work and found a driver. Only to not have the teeth removed and just the fillings done. I have extreme problems going to dentist as is and now after this experience not only do I have to go through the anxiety finding another dentist, but now I have to work up the courage to get my wisdom teeth done AGAIN. This place has changed since I first started going and its very disappointing as I love my hygienist and Mark does a great job helping manage the sedation.

I've been to both Greensburg and Indiana locations and both are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I've gotten the help I needed with my dental issues. You want a dentist that truly cares then go to Kraisinger Family Dentistry!

When my family and I walked in, they were in the middle of gossiping about us and as soon as they saw us they stopped. The women are friendly, but clearly immature. I still would recommend this dentist, but you need to watch what you say about patients and to who. Sorry that some people don't live a perfect life like you females must.

The staff are very nice and super accommodating to make sure you are comfortable at your appointment. Also, the office is decorated well, making the atmosphere very peaceful.
