They were super professional, I had a really bad experience with another dental office that left me scared to go back. Dr. Kim was amazing, their staff made me feel so comfortable and are super comforting. I'd definitely recommend dr Kim and KP Dental if you have anxiety about dentist visits. STELLAR SERVICE.

Had an awesome experience there! I was very nervous and scared but Zully my hygienist was super nice and patient with me. She even called me the next day to see how I was feeling after my procedure but I couldn't answer because I was at work but she texted me! The staff there are super nice and went beyond customer service. I would totally recommend KP dental to any one. Thank you Myra for your patience and Erica for greeting me a warm welcome.

BEWARE insurance fraud! I went to this location a few times and every single time they tried to charge me incorrect copay (we're talking $50 when my copay was $0 as stated on card). The last time I went end of 2021 they even dared to claim my employer insurance was terminated and wanted to charge me full price. Besides the typical scammy up-selling (clean every 3 months instead of 6, etc), basic cleaning/prophylaxis was standard/no issue.

I'm very disappointed...They Used to be great but I'm not sure they must changed ownership or STAFF bC the lady at front desk doesn't know anything she canceled my appointment 15 min before ...I was almost there driving 25 min , saying that medical only offer's one visit per year wich is absolutely WRONG .I've been with them since 1.5 years and get a text every 6 month and now it's once a year!!!!!! that's not even all but I would be writing a book to continue.

I didn't know I needed to post this review but after speaking to my girlfriend who works in the industry, I feel confident in advising you find someplace else, even if your insurance is difficult to find, make the drive. After visiting another dentist and being told that their original count of 2 root canals and 4 cavities, which turned out to be 2 cavities, we decided to look into what they had asked to be covered by my insurance, which included a cleaning I did not ask for, and two other procedures. This would normally just come off as trying to make a sale, but I needed actual help. I only found this out after I had asked about how the billing would come out, and then being rushed out of the office without an opportunity to schedule an appointment. I was told the "girl who does insurance" wasn't in that day, and that I'd receive a call later, about a week later I decided to call myself, and was told the same person was still not in. I then asked if I could just schedule an appointment for the cavities, and was denied. KP dental made one attempt to contact me about another week later, a call I missed, and would then give me the same line as before. My girlfriend who also used this office on the same day was scheduled for an exam, and then was walked into a room for a whitening after not requesting it, not being told a copay, and not being told whether or not it had been approved by her insurance, who denied it. She was told that appointment was for a regular cleaning. This office is malicious and greedy and does not represent your good health, only how much someone can make off of you.

Beware of this place! The dentist is good, I actually liked her but the reps are horrible! They literally have ONE person who deals with insurance and she's only there 2 days out of the week. I waited 3 weeks to know what my co-pay and eventually got fed up and canceled altogether. My procedure was TWO days away and I still didn't know my co-pay. For 3 weeks I kept calling every other day and got every excuse and endless promises the insurance rep would call me back. Customer service is literally non existent. Go somewhere else and prevent the headache you'll get from dealing with this dentist.

This is the best dental office . Jazmin , Jessica and Andrea are amazing . Andrea was so nice , she held my hand during the anesthetic process . , Doctor Molina is a great dentist !

Just want to take time to appreciate all the staff dedication to my family and me. Doctors are awesome. Front office makes you feel welcome and I was explained about my benefits very well. The assistants make you feel like family.

I had my first appt today. I loved the girls in the office. Very welcoming, attentive, friendly. Didn't have the pleasure of meeting the Dr. He was out ill. My husband said Dr was very friend and made him comfortable.. However they did my cleaning. First time going to dentist and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off.

Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Dr. explains everything and makes sure you understand and are comfortable. Prices are very reasonable and they even work out payment programs.
