Very friendly staff and doctors. I have a high level of anxiety at the dentist and they are aware and make sure before, during and after that I'm doing ok. I can't say enough good things about this office!

I have recommended this office to both family and friends; I've been coming here about 10 years and am still so grateful for Kozy Dental. I love that it is a family practice; that if my dentist is not in that their family member will be there. I adore the family photos all over the office, giving patients a sense of family via the photos. The hygienists and office staff are not only friendly but GENUINELY so, for they remember names and treat patients with smiles that are real. Just as important, they know what they're doing and get it done quickly and efficiently; I've never had to even wait for an answer regarding insurance or billing or scheduling (etc.) No one at this office is judgmental of lifestyles or bad habits and instead focuses on health education. Knowledge, respect, kindness, efficiency, safety, ethics, excellence. They check all the boxes.

Dr Kozy is an overpriced dentist who offers no solutions to those who can't afford $1500 up front. The price he demanded for his services was way higher than what other dentists estimated it would cost for the procedure I needed. Regarding those on a small income, I have worked with other dentists who would offer a payment plan or some other way of making services possible for those who don't make $120,000/ a year. After visiting Dr Kozy, I compared his price to other dentists and found several other dentists offering the same procedure for 2/3rd of what he was demanding. One of them even offers an in house monthly payment plan for those who can't afford $1,500 which is more than I make in an entire month. Yes, they are friendly and put on a fake smile when you walk in, but so is a thief when they are trying to rob you. Check around and see what other dentists are offering before you blindly walk into this office. This doctor refused to negotiate any fair price or alternative way of making his services affordable.

The entire staff at Kozy dental is awesome. They always have smiles when they greet you and make you feel at home. My dental treatment was the best I had no discomfort after my fillings were done. Let me tell you I hate needles and Dr. Bridget did an excellent job, that I didn't feel a thing.

I've been a patient of Kozy Dentalcare for the past five years. Everyone in the office--doctors, dental hygienists, assistants and receptionists are warm, welcoming and very skilled at what they do. The doctors are wonderful! There isn't one day where I've ever felt uncomfortable or uncertain about treatment I've received. They truly care about their patients, and it shows in the way they run their business. They offer discounts for referrals, and have recently donated two mouth makeovers for deserving mothers in the Toledo area. You can't fake kindness and generosity. :)
